47. OMG you AL fans have LOST YOUR MINDS! Do you have ears??? Are they working properly??? All the guy does is SCREAM....He's effin HORRIBLE! AI has turned into a "popularity" contest & not a "singing" contest... I'm SO over it.
Also, we live in America where we can pull for one guy to win a darn tv contest over the other guy, y'all call Daughtry a "hater" but yet you all are the haters.... Wake up!!

49. I absolutely LOVE Daughtry, but it's kinda dissapointing to me that he's chosen Kris over Adam. I personally believe Adam Lambert is one of the best Idol contestants ever (along with David Cook and Chris Daughtry) and I really really hope he wins it all!!!

51. Hello, DarkShadowsAbove. I remember you from somewhere, heheh. Re your first point-I think Daughtry's attempting to feign indifference/nonchalance as to Adam, like Adam's no big deal, you know. Kris is alright, but just so. Re vocal technique, I believe it's called Passagio. There's an April 27 article in the LA Times discussing Adam as a singer. Lotsaluv, baby.

53. He's actually pretty cool. I ran into him at World Sports Cafe in Fresno... He was there with Marilyn Manson and a few other celebrities. I love that place. The stars all sign autographs. And the food is good too.

54. It's either Daughtry still bitter coming out as 4th while David Cook won and there goes Adam again OR just simply ENVY.
If it's not the 2 reasons, he could at least be gracious and have integrity. Because if it were ADAM in his place and being asked, ADAM will be his gracious self and show what integrity and having good breeding is. That's what I respect about ADAM. He could be the most talented guy and yet be very respectful which to me is a TOUCH of CLASS which a lot of those in showbiz lack. It's what ADAM's fans see why he is above all other talented guys. Quite a rare gem.

Did you even watch the video before you made your uninformed idiotic statements?
He said he likes Chris Allen.That's all. He said nothing negative about Adam Lambert!
He said he thought they were both Rockers. He didn't come out and make a statement about David Cook because he wasn't asked last year. As far as him not being as successful as David Cook, you are wrong. Daughtry has no reason to be bitter, and he is not. His first album sold FIVE MILLION COPIES, and that is a HUGE feat in the record industry today. He has sold more copies than Cook so far, than even the guy who won that year, and the following American Idols after that. I just watched that video a couple of times, and nowhere did he say he hated or disliked Adam Lambert. All he said he was more of a fan of Mr. Allen. There is nothing wrong with that. I think most contestants this year are very talented,and have a future ahead of them no matter what. To say Chris Daughtry has not done anything since AI is actually pretty damn ignorant.I am not a huge fan of his music, but I do respect his accomplishments.

58. by the way, was Katy Perry gracious, when she so obviously showed who she liked by wearing Adam Lamberts name on her cape during her performance the other night!! At least Daughtry was just out an about when he answered the question, Katy did it on live TV...Should the Kris Allen fans hate her...????

59. LOL. Its hilarious if your not for Team Adam, your either a homophob or have no taste. Daughtry has more talent in his little pinky then Adam Lambert has in his whole fugly body. So what he came in 4 on AI. Dude still can rock it out and is one of the most successful to come from AI. Not saying Lamebert isn't gonna be a big seller. He has all the teeney boppers and G&Ls behind him. Screaming just isn't everyone taste. Especially when you can't hold a tune when screaming!

60. Obsidian Eye... Yes, I'm the same DarkShadowsAbove that you've probably seen elsewhere. Mostly because I recognize your name, too. Yes the technique is called Passagio and it's a wonderful technique that allows singers to reach those notes loudly without damaging their voice. When Danny tried to hit those notes at the end of "Dream On" he injured his voice because he didn't use passagio. As for Daughtry attempting to play Adam down, I think Daughtry's hesitance towards Adam is simply because if you compare stage presence between Daughtry, Kris, and Adam, Kris and Daughtry have very similar presences. Adam has the X-Factor with an extra edge that only appears once a century and can not be learned. Just IMO.
