Before wowing the "American Idol" judges with his shrieks and black nail polish, Adam Lambert glammed it up with shrieks and black lipstick.

Back in 2004, Lambert put on his best goth Liza drag performing in "The Zodiac Show."

Gerard Butler Charged with Crime

Gerard Butler has another notch on his belt, but this time it ain't a chick ...he's scored a criminal charge.

Butler has been charged with misdemeanor criminal battery in connection with a run-in with a photog on October 7, 2008. At 2 AM, after a premiere party for "RockNRolla," Butler left Crown Bar in a limo and allegedly popped a papper in the lips three or four times. The L.A. City Attorney filed the charge yesterday.

Butler's reps have said the papper had stalked the star, and chased people through the streets. The rep claims the papper almost killed a pedestrian.

If convicted, Butler could face up to 6 months in jail.

Butler is due in court for an arraignment on June 10.

Butler's lawyer, Blair Berk, declined comment.

I would like to know who you people think you are to judge how a person lives. Adam Lambert is a very talented young man and very attractive.He has been about the best performer I've seen on American Idol so far. We are not GOD, so we can't judge a person for how they dress or so on. You need to look at yourself before you judge others.Keep up the GREAT WORK Adam !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If this no talent drag queen wins, he will be a total disgrace to AI. He makes us sick. He looks more like pre-male. We don't care if he is gay, that is not the issue. The issue is he is a disgrace to the human race. Keep him in his L.A. West Hollywood gay community and not on the air waves, please. That is if they even want him there.

Adam's voice is amazing, and he's way more talented than Kris Allen. Every genre that he covered on AI, he did well with, unlike Kris. This is why he's always performing last, because he knows how to put on a show.

So he's wearing makeup. So what, he's in a musical, and last time I checked, you wear whatever makeup the part you play asks for, whether that makes you look gay or not. Would you all still be complaining if he wore makeup for the musical "Cats"? I thought so. As for his singing, yes his scream is a bit tiresome, and he should limit it to his rock songs, but other than that, he can REALLY sing and has a beautiful voice. And none of this year's contestants can beat his charisma and showmanship. Unless Kris pulls off a few more songs like "Coldhearted", Adam has won AI this year hands down.

I can't stand Adam Lambert. If he wins Idol, I will stop watching that show. He is a phoney, a fake, and the look in his eyes is SO selfish it's gross. He must certainly be on of Satan's minions. His constant screeching while 'singing' makes me get headaches. I want Kris Allen to win.

Can you morons read??? Back in 2004 ( 5 years ago) Yes he was dressed as a "Gothic Liza" Minnelli and performing in a show! Thats where that picture is from. As far as today and the past, you also all know that Adam is a very sought after performance in theatre and shows..ex: The Zodiac Show, Wicked, etc! Whether he is in "costume" or just plain "rockish" that has NOTHING to do with his ability to sing. He is a wonderful singer and can perform songs to the highest maximum level. He deserves his fame and fortune, because he has it all, the looks, the personality and the talent. So get off him already, with all these BS excuses! Last but not least, whether he's Gay or not has Absolutely NOTHING to do with this competition, his singing, his acting or him as a person. This is the year 2009, you homophobics need to take a look at your lives....Im sure somewhere down the line in your family or choice of friends, there is a gay person. OMG, Leave it alone already!!!! Adam will win because he is the BEST and he deserves it!

Adam deserves to win, he is our "America Idol", this is about talent & stage presence, & he has it ALL, we should vote purely on whow is most talented, regardeless sexual orientation, so he screms, I just love his fabulous voice, Chris is good, but not excellent like Adam. I would be really desappointed if he does not win.
