I like Adam. He has talent. Who cares what he wore in what show. That is who he is ... AN ENTERTAINER!!! Do you morons think he goes home puts on black lipstick and feathers then goes to sleep "screaming". Ummmm no. It's an ACT. And obviously a good one because it has us talking about it. Everyone needs to stop being NEGATIVE and embrace things that are different. DRAG, GAY, BI who cares. It is HIS life. I think he is awsome for staying true to who he is. I like Chris too. He is a "good ol boy" and has great talent as well.

Are you kidding me? Adam is incredible! He can sing like the best of Steven Tyler and Freddy Mercury. While not every person loves his "Made up" self......this chick loves it! He can sing!! He takes over the stage. I love when he looks into the camera. When he's not singing, he comes across humble and just glad to have this opportunity. Another person's perspective, but I adore him!!!! I never find his singing like a scream. Even his high notes are sung, not yelled. But, you'd have to like Steven Tyler and singers like that. To each his own..........love him!!

i can't beleive that people vote for a person like Chris, when he sounds the same as anyone else on the radio. give me a break and vote for something a bit newer and a hell of a lot better. Adam has my vote, has since day one. I hope he wins. If not, it's not like it's a dead end for him. He will be going to big places, whether or not he wins. just cuz he's femme, doesn't mean jack. He could be gay as Freddie and id still love his singing. I love Queen and always will. Same goes for Judas Priest.

I don't even know where to start? After reading the comment about Adam. Alot shocking. That we live in 2009. You know only one in this world are to judge....it is not up to anyone to be judge on this earth. GOD is the only judge. WE are to love unconditonally. Does that mean we have to agree? No! But I love Adam. He is one amazing singer. His eyes are beauitful.
He does remind me of a young Elvis. It's amazing how so many see that. Just in a different time zone. Remember alot did not like the way he danced or sung some of his songs. Adam has a great career ahead of him. And that voice that you all are talkign about screaming....those are called high notes......how many of you can hit them and and still smile and talk like that after that. GOD gave this man a great voice. IT's up to him to figure out where he's going with it and how he will use it. None of it is for us to say. He is great. So the last 4 were amazing. The last 10 had the best in all seasons I have watched. Which has been all seasons. This has been so good.......it is the first year I did not cast a vote. Just cause a person decideds to wear clothes and makeup does not mean one is gay? Till he comes out and says what his life is...it is not for no one to assume anything. I am pulling for Adam.....but if Chris wins.....I will be happy. Either way they all have careers ahead. Good Luck Adam and you are a beautiful man with a beautiful smile.....keep on smiling.

My husband & I are both mid-50's, straight and grandparants. Adam is the best contestant EVER! For those of you too young to remember, David Bowie surprised us in the 70's with his costumes and makeup, but we didn't go berserk and act like homophobes. Adam is a great entertainer and singer. We had grown bored with AI with all the frozen in place performances. We look forward to Adam every week and yawn during the others. You go Adam, we're voting for you.

I really do not care for Adam. My husband and I will vote for Kris because we think that he is a more wholesome individual and is a much better American Idol than Adam. Look at Carrie Underwood for example, since it does seem that younger children are looking at these individuals as role models, I know for a fact that I do not want my children looking up to someone like Adam (all the make-up and nail polish), plus it really does seem like all he wants to do is show us how he can scream in every song. Everytime he sings, I have to turn my head away from the TV because I cannot bear to look at him sticking his tongue out while he sings, he is gross to watch and even though I do believe he will win, it will be a disappointment because he is far from an American Idol. I noticed that someone stated he is differnet and that Danny or Kris are basically the same as everyone else out there, well at least they are clean cut men who children and adults alke could look up to and admire. Danny would have been a much better American Idol and he was well mannered, and very respectful, and he had a wonderful voice. Best of wishes to whoever wins though.

Adam Lambert is the best thing that has come to American Idol ever. I hate to fight negativity with negativity - but the people on here bashing him ARE probably just jealous of his talent and good looks. People on here saying that he is ugly need to get their vision corrected and probably don't look as good as or couldn't get anyone that looked as good as him. The makeup? Oh, I bet those people who are bashing him loved Prince, Michael Jackson and many other famous artists who wore tons of make-up, too. Yes, he sounds like Freddie Mercury... So what? He was another musical genius loved by millions....crawl out from under the rocks and realize that music is always changing whether you like it or not. His love life should not matter also....to all the gay bashers on here who are making assumptions about him not as a person but as an object (someone said a freak?....I bet they are just sooo jealous of him). As for his music and talents.....those of you who are bashing that....I am sure you never even looked him up on YouTube and heard him sing songs in plays and songs such as "The Prayer" originally sung by Josh Groban. He even gives Josh Groban a run for his money and he is an amazing artist as well...and he doesn't scream like everyone is saying. He sandg the National Anthem beautifully and did not screw it up like most artists have in past years. So before you make assumptions...you should have facts to back it up. He has an amazing voice that outshines his opponent Chris by a million miles.....he knows how to sing different genres and has never gone off key once while all the others have. (Especially Chris...as judges have pointed out) Chris has done the same jazzy thing every week and will do the same jazzy Jason Mraz-style when he eventually gets a record deal. He also screams once every song, too. Anyone who knows music knows Danny should have been in the finals with Adam. (Although I understand everyone has their own taste.) As for the shrieking...as some call it.....just like mentioned above (most of the most-loved and talented stars have done that and are legends).......that is a certain style that he has and the execs are exaggerating since it adds something new to the show....something the show wants for ratings.....remember people - this is a reality show. As a person working with the music industry......Adam is what music has been waiting for a long time coming. For those who are negative...just don't watch the show....the ratings will not hurt without you. =) Above it all.....he is a nice, sweet, funloving person that is not stuck up like others have gotten on American Idol and is on there purely doing what he loves. Go Adam! You ARE the next American Idol.

Adam is a true artist that inspires many people out there. This show is about SINGING and about TALENT. His sexuality has NOTHING to do with his chances of winning.
So for everyone reading this, please vote for him on Tuesday, because he is the true American Idol. Not Kris who will be forgotten once the show is over!

I actually like both Chris and Adam, they were the ones I most wanted to get to the finals. They are both very talented artists and will both do well after the show. My thought is who are we to judge people by the way they look or the life they live. Sure Chris is the all "American" dude and the young girls love him, but don't take anything away from Adam for he is surely as talented as Chris, if not more. Isn't American Idol a singing talent show, not a popularity contest. Let these guys be judged on their talent and not their lifestyle. There is only one person who can judge the life we live, and at that time, we all will have to face the music. I'm hoping Adam takes it all. GO ADAM
