Michael Jackson Will Be Sued Over Jackson 5

Michael JacksonWe've learned there was a secret meeting yesterday at the Beverly Hills Hotel, where Michael Jackson made it clear -- he will not perform with Janet and the Jackson 5; and the dude who organized the concert tour tells us he will sue them.

As we first reported, Jacko's manager signed a deal on behalf of M.J. to perform with his sis and bros at Cowboy Stadium in Arlington, Texas in 2010. Part of the deal -- that he not sign any other concert deal for 18 months. But then Jacko went and signed up for his London concerts which are scheduled to begin in July.

The company that organized the family concert --- AllGood Entertainment -- got Michael, daddy Joe Jackson and several others in a room yesterday at the Bev Hills Hotel. Joe tried to convince Michael that the family tour should go on, but Michael wouldn't budge because it would have aired on pay-per-view and M.J. said he doesn't like pay-per-view! The meeting was heated and no one agreed to anything.

Patrick Allocco of AllGood Entertainment tells us he's going to sue Jackson and his family next week.

Stay tuned.

UPDATE: Patrick Allocco has resubmitted his offer for MJ to perform with the Jackson 5 and Janet without the pay-per-view. For this one night event, MJ would be paid $3million, Janet $1mil, and the brothers would get $500,000 to split.

Allocco is making this his last and final offer. If Jacko refuses, AllGood Entertainment will proceed with suing him and his family.

16. What is it about this guy that is so fascinating? He is a broken human being who lives his life with other people paying the bills. He's in debt up to his ear lobes, has been promising a comback album for ages, has made a laughing stock of himself by claiming to have only had 1 or 2 plastic surgeries. Why does anybody pay any attention to him? He's not all that anymore and is so over to be an antiques!

17. Regardless what people say about Micheal.I have his music. The Jackson 5 and Janet's music.I listen to Micheal on a daily basis. We all know you are famous. But, Micheal ..you are somewhat wrong to not perform with your brothers.Give your brothers a break.Quit acting like a little baby and sing with your brothers. You haven't sung with them since the Victory Tour for god sakes....

18. other people paying his bills???? most people don't afford to pay their own bills let alone paying others' bills.
Don't forget Michel Jackson's bills are pretty much millions of $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

this a guy who has three albums in the top 20 best selling albums of all time, thriller is even at number one , someone like him obviously does not need anyone else paying his debts
stories about him being in debts, all americans are in debts many of the most prestigious establishments in the world are facing very hard time, so what if he has some debts
we have been listening to reports of him going bankrupt since ages , while many banks and companies announced bankruptcy Micheal Jackson is yet to lose any of his assists
neverland the ranch everyone was claiming he lost :all media whores are forced to say now he is a partner in the company which owns it, GOT IT that means he has not lost it

who said he needs to do another album?
as i mentioned before he will never be able to top himself , or at least that what people thought until he announced his new concerts which broke a couple of world records .
does he need to do another thriller to be considered in.
face it babe this is the "harvest time" for Micheal Jackson he has done alot ,45 years of being in the show bizz is alot, and some people or may i DARE to say many people are willing to show him some appreciation while the haters who convinced themselves over the last ten years that he is over having very hard time coping with the fact that after all he has gone through over the years and all the spinning of truth he faced from the media he is still able to sell a record of one million tickets in one city in less than four hours WITHOUT ANY PROMOTION. THAT the kind of ANTIAUE he will always be.

19. Who cares any more he hasn't done any thing musically for 20 years, so is he gonna get on stage and moon walk to songs from the 1980's?

20. This lawsuit is a crock. A guy who is not MJ's manager or business partner signed him up to a contract. It's no different than if you or I went to an agency and signed him up for a gig. This lawsuit has no grounds. None of The Jacksons ever agreed to this, nor did anyone with the legal authority to contractually do so.

Funny, I seem to remember two successful world tours, an album that sold more than 30 million copies (Dangerous), and album that sold 20 million copies and holds the record for highest-sold double LP (History), the highest-selling remix album (Blood On The Dancefloor), the first single to enter the billboard 100 at number one (You Are Not Alone), an album that, despite being called a "flop", sold more than 10 million copies worldwide, two platinum-selling greatest hits albums (Number Ones and Thriller 25), and several successful music videos and singles overseas.

So yeah, that may be "nothing" to you, but you do realize how wrong you are, right? I mean, lets put this in perspective: Michael Jackson's "Dangerous" alone sold more albums than many respected artists have in their entire careers. This is the problem with artists who have a phenomenal run, they'll never be able to top themselves and then are later deemed "flops" when it's a gross exaggeration.

23. Come on! Where is the family support? If they went on a final tour as the jackson 5 and they'll generate a lot of money on few tour alone. They have not toured TOGETHER AS A WHOLE FAMILY for almost 30 years. It is about time for them to make one and maybe last tour together. It would be nice for everyone to make cash and just move on. Micheal Jackson needs to stop being broke and selfish.

26. I chuckled a little at the brothers having to split $500,000 4-5 ways, while Janet and MIke get millions. That's gotta stir up some sibling rivalry.
