18. You know, now after looking closely at the logo on the TV, I believe it is a "LG (Life's Good)" Brand....

So, maybe the greedy Hollywood Producer gave the little girl that particular brand of TV, just to remind her that truly, "Life is Good" and not to complain that they just totally F**Ked her and her co-stars out of bunch of Hollywood Greenbacks!!!!

19. If anything, that photo highlights the ridiculous way the child's money is spent. A flat screen in a shack! Please. That money could have been spent in a more effective, intelligent way. Those parents need to give their heads a shake.

The continued focus on these children's poverty must be a nightmare for producers, director, etc. I'm sure that there was a contract that the parents signed and an agreed upon salary, etc. If anything, I think that the parents are trying to milk the kids' affiliations with Hollywood for their own gain. I think it's commendable that the money was put in a trust for the kids. How many child stars complain later that their parents spent all their money and they have nothing left?

20. I can not BELIEVE the makers of that movie are getting away with not helping the kids in that movie. Even if they do have something "set aside" for them when they are 18 they need help NOW!!! And yes, they EARNED it! They would not have made all their MILLIONS without those kids. What a bunch of dirt bags. Yes, I wish all the kids living in that filth could be helped but right now they OWE THOSE PARTICULAR KIDS MONEY and help. And maybe with the spotlight on this the others can be helped. I also heard they are tearing down all the shanties so right now they have NO WHERE to live. Probably for the best but I hope they (their government or whatever) will build some proper places to live for these people. They make a movie about the horrid conditions there, use these kids and then go back to their hollywood lifestyles. I hope Karma bites them right on their big overfed as@es.

21. I do really like that TMZ does at least continue to put their stories out to the general public. Lots of ppl frequent this site, and hopefully someone will be able to do something. If any celebrity with any kind of pull happens to read this all i can say is you can do a lot...air out this stuff on public tv and the biggest news stations. Make someone responsible! Keep the posts on these coming TMZ! Good job on that!

They've lived in those conditions all their lives, their families have lived in those conditions all their lives, their future generations will live in the same conditions.

That;s why the some American can not find jobs... Most corporates are creating offcies out of state where they can pay people less for the work....

26. These people don't really know any other way of living. Do you think they could go from generations living in squalor to taking care of a mansion? Do you think they could go from scraping by to managing millions of dollars? I have family down in Mexico City that live in similar conditions. When I went down the with my mom to spend time with them, I felt so bad that I asked my mom if I could send them money and things like new clothes and dvd players. She quickly clued me in to the reality that the second people found out they had nice things, they'd get robbed or worse.
