Dolla Shooting Suspect Booked for Murder

Dolla The man police arrested at LAX yesterday after the shooting death of rapper Dolla has been booked for murder.

23-year-old Aubrey Berry was booked early this morning and his bail was set at $1,000,000.

Cops say two other "persons of interest" -- who were allegedly at the airport with Berry at the time of the shooting -- are being questioned.

UPDATE: Konvict Entertainment gave us this statement:

"Dolla was part of the Konvict Entertainment family and an incredible artist. This is a senseless crime and the industry has lost a real talent. Our heart goes out to his family, friends and fans."

33. I think it is wrong for anyone to make a stupid remark over someone's death.That just shows how stupid you are. I am speakin to all you individuals with the dumb comment. This young man is dead but just think about it how will you die? Now laugh at that you dumb heartless bastards. It is sad that Dolla die that way. 42. The comments about cleaning up the carcass is cheaper than inprisonment is absolutely inhumane. This was somebody's baby, brother, cousin, maybe uncle or quite possibly father. No parent wants to bury there child, White, Black, Chinese, or Mexican. This is tragedy for the human race, not just for our community. If he made it to the point whee it got reported on this website. He was on his way. THIS WAS A BABY!!!!! I'm in my early 30s and I love my classic hip-hop. It's a form of art, and its definitely and objective form of art. But, don't discredit it becuse you can't relate to it. There might not be many hip-hop artists in Harvard, however there are plenty of industry pioneers who have net worths that match, if not supercede most Ivy league grads. I am 100% for education from a higher learning institution, however it doesn't guarantee success or even intelligence (look at "W", now look at your stock portfolio and do the math, because he sure couldn't...and that's what happens when you choose an idiot to lead the country).

Rap music is not about violence, it's about artistic expression through a rythmic medium. I can't say I ever heard his music, but as a human being he deserves more respect than what some f you are giving him.
