'Gossip Girl' Actress: Ex Is Endangering My Kid

"Gossip Girl" star Kelly Rutherford isn't finished with her custody war with estranged hubby Daniel Giersch. She now claims Daniel is putting their kid in danger.

Kelly has filed legal papers asking the judge to prohibit Daniel from taking 2-year-old Hermes to his home until he has properly secured the pool and play areas.

She also wants Daniel to stop potty training the kid, stat. She doesn't say why.

The judge has set a hearing for Friday. In the meantime, the judge has ordered Daniel to properly cover the pool.

What this woman or any woman for that matter does with her body is her business and not yours. Your nasty, twisted comments to a fellow female reflect that YOU ARE the one who is ABNORMAL. Consider therapy. I feel sad for the children you raise with such a small minded nasty mother. If you are indeed female - - shame on you.

I agree that people should be focusing on the Father not caring about the child's safety!! It only takes a split second for a child to drown. Maybe she's ordering the courts to stop the potty training because she feels her son isn't ready yet. Some kids train before the age of 2 and other not until closer to 4. Every child is different and I believe the main care giver (the Mother in this case) would know best.
As far as her still nursing it is completely normal. The AAP recommends a minimum of 12 months but preferably 24 months. The WHO recommends a minimum of 24 months. The average age of a child weaned around the world is 4.3 years. In America it is 6m. That goes to show you what is normal.
