Shauna Sand just scored a permanent* restraining order against her ex, Romain Chavent -- the guy who allegedly assaulted her by biting her big, luscious lips.

A judge just granted the order, which keeps Romain 100 yards away from her for 3 years. This whole thing started when Sand accused Romain of doing a slew of horrible things to her -- including the lip biting, spitting on her and suffocating her with his hands.

* the last time she got a restraining order against Romain, they got back together shortly after -- so we use the term "permanent" loosely.

20. Shauna has always been a skank! Everyone knew that when she came to work on the set of Renegade all she wanted was to get in Lorenzo's pants and then into his wallet. The joke on set was if the Trailor is a rockin' don't come a knockin'. She's a slut and that hasn't changed in 10+ years.
