The man who allegedly shot and killed up-and-coming rapper Dolla has been charged with three crimes -- two counts of assault with a firearm and one count of murder.
23-year-old Aubrey Berry -- who allegedly killed Dolla at a shopping mall in Los Angeles on Monday -- is set to be arraigned this afternoon.
He's being held on $1,000,000 bail.
UPDATE: Aubrey Berry's bail has been increased to $5,000,000.

23. Dolla was not a thug. He was a good person. A stupid young man took Dolla's life not thinking. Being a Rapper does not make you a thug -- all rapp is not full of profanity, hatred and degradation and that was the path Doll was on.
