TMZ cameras caught Eric the Midget -- aka Eric the Actor -- rollin' up to Ruth's Chris Steak house in Beverly Hills last week, where the Howard Stern "Whack Packer" actually got the valet's to park his pimped out Power Wheels-style Escalade.
