31. Paul Stanley is right they both won. First, second, or whatever they both will be fine. To the one that says they lost hope in this country over this, give me a break. The majority of voters are tween and teen girls, while the glam rocker may appeal to you and me, they seem to like images like the jonas brothers and Miley Cyrus. The majority of idol watchers are pop music fans. LOL Daughtry and McPhee lost to Taylor Hicks and you just now think the show is unfair?

Let's see, there are around 27 mil watched the show... there are almost 100 mil votes on the finale. Well, that means only 27 mil or less people actually voted for these two. By the way, I agree Kris is boring--Vote For The Worst said so, lol!!!

37. This was a joke!!! Adam should have won!!!!!! I think this was a fix. Adam had so many fans. This has ruined me for being a fan of idol. Those days are over. Simon now would be a good time to go. Paula is stupid. How she has a contract I'll never know. Kara keep your day job as I really don't know what you do but that song you wrote for idol is the worst song I have ever heard. Randy.. can't stand the way he calls everybody dawg or dude.. so lame. Goodbye Idol you suck!!!! I hope Adam follows like so many other idols that didn't make it. I hope he makes a zillion dollars.

38. Personally I'm glad Glambert didn't win and Kris did. I think Kris is much more likable. Glambert was way too over the top and thought the win was his from the get-go. But you never know, some times the losers (a la Hudson) go on to much bigger success. Glambert seemed like a cross between (no pun intended) Elton John and Boy George. The mascara and black nail polish was just too much. Frankly he (Glambert) seemed to scream and screech through most of his songs. On the other hand, Secrest couldn't seemed to keep his hands off of Kris, so what's up w/that? Since Scowl also said Glambert would win months ago, it's laughable that he was proven wrong as well. That whole bit about how "BONO" gave permission for his song to be used was beyond self-promoting. That was not a any special moment in life.

40. Gosh Elvis, you don't like the show, its most current winner, the judges, what they say, it sucks, the show is fixed, it's a joke.
So why are you watching if you're in so much pain? You can always just use the remote and change channels. Meanwhile, this show is simply for it's entertainment value.

45. It appears that American Idol has officially jumped the shark. The show has zero credibility now. Adam was by far the better vocalist and entertainer. Kris winning over Adam is like me winning over Mariah Carey. Totally laughable.
