18. His legs are grossly underdeveloped. This is very typical of guys, they love to work out the arms but hate to do legs, so they end up with this odd top heavy look with spindly little legs.

20. He's the reason I watch Southland. He also knows how to fill out a cop uniform (pretend or otherwise). On a scale of 1 to 10, he's a 55! He's today's Tom Cruise. He'll be crossing over to movies soon. Hopefully he won't be leaving Southland for the latter. Does anyone know if Southland is back next fall?

23. Most of us on here don't have room to judge anybody's appearance. And why is it when a person's ripped, someone has to say that person's using roids? With that said, Ben's hot--especially those arms and that face--but he needs to work his calves more.
