Just because several million more people like one over the other, it doesn't mean "American Idol" champ Kris Allen and runner-up Adam Lambert can't enjoy a meal together.
After appearing on "Larry King Live" together, the pair hit up a local Poquito Mas with some friends.
So, who picks up the tab -- the guy Simon wanted to win or the guy America wanted to win?

67. Remember, voters DO get it wrong sometimes - very wrong sometimes. When people vote, they can be easily deceived. Sometimes voters place their votes emotionally, not thinking about how their votes will affect the outcome; not thinking about who and WHAT they are actually voting for. Voters sometimes get wrapped up in the hype, and while they're all wound up emotionally, they do not THINK about their vote and what effect their vote will have on history, and miscast it.
Oh wait, this post is about American Idol.

69. Let's not get it twisted. You can look at the registered users at their respective official sites and see who has the most members in just under 48 hours.
Kris got more VOTES. That most certainly doesn't mean he has the biggest individual fan base.

71. This picture is telling. Adam's a born star, looks hot, and is probably on the phone booking studio time with Slash or Queen. The guy behind him looks ready to go back to Arkansas. Adam rode that show and made it his dirty bitch. Kris's title is just Adam's sloppy seconds.

74. They are wearing matching jackets one in white and the other in black. They are really good friends it seemed like Adam was good friends with Kris and Allison :) I think Adam paid because he looks and acts the type to want to spoil Kris and Kris just accepts it. Kris won he should get everything. And some guy up there said that Adam called Danny a jerk on Larry King when it was actually Kris who called Danny a jerk for trying to get others to vote for him and favoring him to win but then Kris said just kidding. Did you see how close they were on Larry King and sometimes when they were on the Idol stage it's like they are to the hip it's really cute :)
