40. Clay Aiken is an off-broadway musical semi-talent. I for one have never understood why he continually makes comments that sound like he thinks he's a superstar. he is his biggest fan.

41. Clay is a class act. Didn't have to respond and apologize to Adam, but he did it. He self-deprecated himself, saying that Adam shouldn't and probably doesn't care less about what he (Clay) thinks. His gripe was with AI, and I don't think he meant to bash Adam in any way. People pushed him for an opinion - on his own website - and then the press got wind of it - and ran with it. If everyone here thinks Clay is so irrelevant, why did so many media outlets jump on this story and publish his comments. How would you like your every word taken apart. It's gotta be tought to live under this microscope. Clay has a right to his opinion. It sure seems like everyone feels comfortable giving THEIR own of HIM. Now the same folks are bashing him for this. Seriously, the guy just can't win.

42. I don't blame him one bit for having negative comments about AI. Yes the show got him where he is but they have never been kind to him. He was successful on the show on his own merit. Ryan and Simon never miss a chance to diss him! If he is angry about that I don't blame him. He has always tried to be gracious but you get to a point where the insults are too much. I would have had enough years ago! Should he have commented about Adam, maybe not, but he was asked by several members of his fan club what he thought and so he answered them. Maybe not a smart move, but way too much is being made out of this, as usual.

44. Clay's blogs, both of them were spot on, especially the part about being ignored when he is trying to bring awareness to issues through UNICEF. Why? because the press and bloggers don't care about world issues, if it isn't salacious and can't be spun negatively they just don't care.

Why are people not entitled to opinions, you all think yours here are ever so important?

For everyone making a big deal out of a for pay fansite, you are out of touch with reality because most singers have them.
