Bacon Stripped -- Actor Robbed on NY Subway

Kevin BaconA mugger got himself one degree closer to Kevin Bacon -- by jacking his Blackberry in a NY subway station.

It all went down Thursday morning -- Bacon was futzin' around on his BB when some dude allegedly pulled the ol' snatch and grab in the crowded station and took the device right out of his hands, this according to the NY Post. Bacon allegedly tried to chase down the thief, but lost him in the crowd.

This isn't the first time Bacon got screwed over by a New Yorker -- Kevin got burned by that scumbag Bernie Madoff when the whole Ponzi-sceme thing went down.

24. I've never understood the whole I love NY thing, I hear of so many people who get robbed in NYC, plus why would you want to visit a city whose streets are so clogged it's bumper to bumper 24 / 7.

25. Many, many celebrities use the subway. I've seen Bacon and his wife Kyra Sedgwick on the C line, and Kyra on the 86th St crosstown bus. Owen Wilson uses the subway. I've also seen Sigorney Weaver and model Stella Tenant with her hubby and kids on the subway, going to the Museum of Natural History.

28. To you tards who ask why does he take the subway: It actually takes longer to drive due to the traffic. I know NYC is huge and tourists usually get jacked, but I would never play with my electronic toys unless im on the train (tourist mistake). You never know who's gonna grab your stuff and run. Dont take your stuff out unless you're ON the train or in a restaurant.
