By the look of his tight and toned physique, you'd never guess Jerry O'Connell's twin daughters were delivered just five months ago.

The 35-year-old showed off his buff bod -- and then some -- in a red bikini brief on Lake Havasu today.

The chubby kid from "Stand by Me" has left the building.

40. Ouch....first of all, speedos are popular in Europe, but not popular here in the USA. Second of all, if you aint packing a BIG gun to showcase that you are well endowed....don't wear a speedo. We can see he is only packing a water pistol. And John Stamos's EX is married to this little guy????
