The only thing bigger than Ryan Seacrest's smile in this photo ... is something you can easily figure out yourself.

Seacrest was spotted with his two new pals at the Tao Beach pool party in Las Vegas this weekend. If you happen to recognize the well-endowed chick in the photos, she's the famed ex-stripper known as "Leper" on theDirty.com.
