1. HOW CAN YOU PRETEND TO CALL YOUR ASSISTANT IF SOMEONE IS PUNCHING YOU?
She had her face down in her lap, covered with her arms, with her phone to her ear. She was trying to get him to stop hitting her. It's all in the police report.
2. WHY DO YOU TELL YOUR ASSISTANT TO HAVE THE POLICE WAITING WHEN YOU GET HOME BECAUSE, FIRST, WHAT BATTERER WILL TAKE YOU HOME (YOU MUST NOT WANT TO GO HOME) AND WHY ARE YOU NOT TOO AFRAID TO EVEN MENTION THE POLICE.
She DID mention the police. She told her assistant, on the pretend call, to CALL THE POLICE. Read the police report.
3. WHY DID YOU SIT ON THE KEYS (TRYING TO RESTRAIN YOUR MAN, THAT'S WHY). AND SHE DID SIT ON THE KEYS BECAUSE HER STUPID SELF WAS SITTING ON THEM WHEN THE POLICE GOT THERE.

He was only able to punch her face, make her bleed and bite her arms. Who knows if they would've been in an open area - considering this isn't the first time he has beaten her.
5. HOW DID A PERSON TRY TO TAKE YOU SOMEWHERE TO KILL YOU BUT YOU END UP IN A RESIDENTIAL AREA.
He pulled over so he could beat her MORE, after she made the call and he threw the cell phone out the window.

The fact that you’re watching those cases on Forensic Files means the perpetrators were caught and punished. The only recent case I can think of where a guy actually got away with killing his wife is OJ Simpson. You accuse white people of being quick to forgive their own kind... there were 9 blacks on that jury, a demographic improbability.
