21. Never liked Jay Leno. I only watched the Tonight Show for some of the guests, never for Jay. On the other hand I watched both Letterman and Conan because of the host. Glad Conan is taking over the Tonight Show. The only reason Jay still has a job at NBC is because their programing sucks and Jay's show is cheap to produce.

22. Conan will be miserable having to work, stay and live on the West Coast. He's an East Coast born, bred, educated person and he will soon experience a depression with the sameness of it all out West. The Seasons not changing will be the most obvious change he will miss. Than the melting pot with no direction, leadership or theme anymore...people out West are rude, rude in traffice, rude in lines, rude at the store, rude at parks and anywhere there is anything public. Everyone has a pool but no one is ever seen using their pool. Few children play outside for safety concerns and everyone takes the good weather for granted they rarely experience it or play in it.

He should have moved there when he was a little younger, he may have taken to it better....He'll fail miserably because he will be miserable inside from missing his real Roots and familiarity. Plus he doesnt cater to Hispanics or Blacks and those minorities out where he's going are not a minority....a red headed light skinned East coast guy is the minority.

But good luck...kind of like "other than that how was the play mrs lincoln"?...

If he and NBC were smart they would have moved the Tonight show back to the East Coast where it all started from...would have been a perfect move..instead we get more of the same nonsense they throw at us every late night, only thing that changes is the manequin doing the monologue.

30. A cursory look over the preceding posts shows a very simple rule:

If your IQ is over 115, you have the requisite intellect to appreciate Conan's humor. Hopefully the time change won't handcuff Conan's proclivity towards more risque material than his peers, and with luck the creative department won't demand Conan dumb down his abstract humor. Speaking of which:

If your IQ is under 115, you do not have the requisite intellect to appreciate Conan's humor. You'll be more comfortable watching Jimmy Kimmel or Carson Daly, two hosts that cater to the unsophisticated and unexceptionally endowed. Don't feel bad; you didn't choose to be so meagerly intelligent. It works to your benefit anyhow, as most television programming touches upon subject matter interesting to your classification.
