46. I was a huge Toby fan!! I saw him a few times. i can honestly say that before he got really famous he was a very genuine, blue collar, American, humbling man. Now that he is stinking rich and famous--he is a little full of himself and fame has definitly changed him. He still claims he is "blue collar, redneck' but he is no different that Larry the Cable guy--all an act! I still love his music but if you have ever seen the movie Pure Country--its getting too much smoke and lights. I miss the days of "Shoulda Been a Cowboy". Oh and the policitical thing is all an act too--his publicist said that he has more fans and that to turn his back on Obama--people will turn their back on him. --doesn't sound like an outlaw thing to do. I do not know many/Any people who love GWB and Obama at the same time--so one of them is a lie! I would guess he is registered Dem but is true blooded repub/conserv.

49. It's so good to see a REAL man hard at work. And the comment about his being rude to women...I take the one that posted that comment happens to be a lot like some of the self centered women Toby has sung about! Doesn't offend me at all, I find it rather humorous to see a spade called a spade. Toby does great work for the troops, not many stars can say that. Too many are far too busy trying to worry about other countries or adopt foreign children instead of being useful in this country!

54. Actually he's not a Republican. He supported Obama and is a supporter of Gay Marriage. Also he was the first Country star to break the Nashville Mafia scheme by insisting on using his own band on his records and not the small handful of guys who played on most major country records. Not a fan of his music and he could still be a jerk but just saying he's not all bad.

59. He doesn't live in an average farmhouse. His house on his ranch in OKlahoma has four wings and is gigantic. There are pictures somewhere on the internet at some party for radio people from a few years ago. It is definitely not a little farmhouse!
