46. I'm all for giving people 2nd chances. However, how does a person file for bankruptcy and still get to keep his "sprawling Virginia estate" on the water? Guess who paid his debts and still are paying his debts? Taxpayers. Every time someone defaults on a debt the company in question writes it off as bad debt and gets a tax credit. Eventually someone pays for it through bank bailouts, increased fees, higher taxes, etc. That's what I have a problem with. If he had a conscience (which as far as I'm concerned he doesn't until I see him prove otherwise) he wouldn't live in his sprawling Virginia estate. He would sell everything he could and do his best to repay what he can and do something meaningful. When I see him act like a human being, I'll consider him to be one.

My vote is for Mr. Vick to spend 2 -3 years, ON A DAILY BASIS, in an animal shelter, watching the abused, unkempt, animals come in through the front door, and not even have a chance for a better life, instead, leaving through the back door in a black plastic bag, and dumped in the nearest land fill. Perhaps when he sees this isn't "SPORT", then he'll realize his past was more than a "mistake".

Until then, he should be banned from football. Period.

51. Do you think Michael Vick truly cares about what any of you think? I know I don't. That's one thing I admire about him, is the fact that he seems unfazed by the enormity of the situation. He served his time, now he's being given a second chance. I hope he makes the most of it. I can't wait to see him back in the NFL.

As an aside, Michael, if you have the urge to partake in any activites that may be deemed "questionable" by the public, please do so in a sub rosa manner. You will be under a microscope from this day forward, so just know that people are waiting for you to make a mistake. 55. Did anybody say anything about the Alaskan Iditirod race? Does anyone know how many dogs died this year,or in previous years> Whats the count for the last ten years? Did PETA show up at the Kentucky Derby,or any of the triple crown races, or the Iditirod. NO!! Why? I'm not going to throw the black /whit thing out there you folks ask your self why... 60. a) I would hardly call his house in Suffolk, VA "sprawling". It's a McMansion at best. It's no bigger than a lot of the other upper middle class homes around the Tidewater area. The neighbor’s house is actually pretty close to his on the cul de sac.

b) To "Enough is Enough" PETA has not pursued Vick any further. In fact, according to my friends in the local news, there was only one protester outside Vick's home the day he was set to return, and that lone protester was a Bible thumper... not an animal rights activist. Of course, it's not surprising to find the completely uninformed in the TMZ comment section (and yes I realize the irony before you start flame-balling me).
