32. She needs to get on the stand and state the truth...PERIOD. She may have instigated the arguement, but he wasn't the one beaten and left bloody. She has also said this was not the first time he abused her. He definately has anger issues and IS NOT the "sweet, gentle" person everyone thought he was. I hope she is truly over him and not just waiting for this to blow over so she can go back to him like so many victims do. If he is allowed to get away with this, Rhianna or some other woman WILL be abused again.

33. EDUCATION IS THE KEY HERE. CHRIS DID THE RIGHT THING BY PLEADING NOT GUILTY BECAUSE FELONY CHARGES IS THE WRONG CHARGE AND ANY JURY THAT IS EDUCATED ON THE LAW WILL KNOW THAT. LOOKING AT A PHOTO DOESN'T DETERMINE FELONY CHARGES. THE JUDGE AND THE LAPD IS GOING TO HAVE TO GIVE THE INFORMATION UP SOONER OR LATER. CHRIS AND HIS LAWYER HAS THE RIGHT TO KNOW WHO RELEASED THOSE PICTURES TO TMZ PERIOD. IM GLAD SHE IS GOING TO TALK BECAUSE THEREFORE WE WILL FIND OUT THE TRUTH. RIHANNA NEVER SAID OUT OF HER MOUTH NOT ONCE THAT CHRIS BROWN BEAT THE PULP OUT OF HER. THIS GIRL HASN'T SPOKEN YET SO DONT THINK SHE IS OUT TO BURY HIM PEOPLE. IF SHE TESTIFIES AND SAY SHE PUT HER HANDS ON HIM FIRST THAN THE FELONY CHARGES ARE NOT GOING TO STICK. WITHOUT HER TESTIMONY I PROMISE ALL OF YOU THAT FELONY CHARGES ARE NOT GOING TO STICK PEOPLE.

37. i think that it is good that the judge rejected the motion. i think that chris brown should just take his punishment like a man. if he's man enough to beat someone up then he needs to be man enough to take his punishment. i also think that the public would maybe even consider forgiving him if he just took his punishment and admit he was wrong instead of trying to get out of it anyway he can. yes he was completely wrong for beating her up but i do think he deserves a second chance just like anybody else. all these people saying they wish he would burn in hell that wouldnt do anything he needs serious help to find out why he just snapped like that. he should take his punishment, apologize, and get some counsiling
