Rihanna's Command Performance -- In Court

Chris Brown Rihanna Rihanna's lawyer just said the D.A. told him his client will be subpoenaed at the next court hearing.

Donald Etra said Rihanna will be called to the stand to testify at Chris Brown's preliminary hearing on June 22.

Etra says his client will cooperate and take the stand. It's not at all unexpected that the alleged victim would be called to the stand in a prelim.

Also today, the judge rejected a motion made by Chris Brown's lawyer, Mark Geragos, asking for an order requiring the LAPD to ante up info regarding leaks in the case.

108. Everyone needs to stay out of it and mind there own business. No one but them two know what happened that night. If Chris just beat her butt for no reason he does deserve jail time. If there was a fight and she was hitting him too they both deserve to be punished. Everyone is saying Chris is fully in the wrong, but it isn't right for either MAN or WOMAN to hit one another. This country has issues. Why is it ok for domestic violence happen every day but once it happens to a celebrity GOD FORBID.... GROW UP AMERICA... Mistakes happen.

110. Annonymous amazes me, therewas so much to say, and the language was so foul-the diction 2nd grade. Mr. Brown, if you do not know-has no prior arrests, nor was he charged with battery by any means (where does little bit leaves him)do you want to find out more? accusation without confirmation is a fraud. Whatever the cops said Rhianna told them-there were no eyewitnesses, so it is her words against his. This has to be a fair trial, no one would jeopardise their jobs here come on, remember the statur of limitations, it woyld take too much time to go on so lets round it off. Chris Brown is still a minor, and Rhianna has to stand and confess to whatever is written against Mr. Brown, I cannot say exactly, she gave those statements until it comes from her mouth. Be damn sure to educate yourselves when it comes to the Law, because you do not want to be posting garbage on line.

All i got to say is for these people that is saying all this stuff about Chris Brown and calling him names know they needs to stop because they dont know the real story about what happened in that car that night who hit who first but the fact of the matter is dont nobody know what happen but Chris Brown and Rihanna. Chris Brown is not the only one who had hit a woman before and I know its wrong for a man to hit a woman but we hear about it and some people even see it for themselves there dad or stepdad or there mothers boyfriend beating there moothers even worster then what Chris Brown did to Rihanna.

112. There are 2 sides to every story, but if a woman can hit a man, then a man should be able to hit a woman. No exceptions. No matter who you are, if you hit someone, expect to be hit back.
