Angelina JolieAngelina Jolie was taken to the hospital today after getting hurt on the set of her new movie.

Angelina was shooting "Salt" on Long Island, when she bumped her head, getting some sort of nick in between her eyes. She bled a bit and was taken to the hospital.

Her manager tells us she was doing a stunt when the incident occurred. He says she is completely fine.

We just got a statement from the film's production company:

"This morning while filming an action sequence... Angelina Jolie sustained a minor injury. As a precautionary measure, Ms. Jolie will be taken to the hospital and examined. Production on the film has resumed."

17. Good luck to Angélina. Where are the children, we haven't seen them in a while. Hopefully the two eldest are in school. It is a good thing that the children get a more stable life for a while.
P.S. Imagine if Angélina had had her accident in Canada, she would have died that's for sure, what with universal health care which seems to scare so many Americans, thinking we are socialists because we are protected in case of illness.

30. Why is she on a movie set anyways. After every adoption, she says she is going to stay at home and take care of her children. I have yet to see it. Serves her right.
