Britney Spears is being sued by the photog who got run over ... and we got the whole thing on tape.
Rick Mendoza was a casualty of Britney's Mercedes as she was pulling out of a Beverly Hills parking structure in 2007.
In his lawsuit, Mendoza says Britney's people -- who are also defendants -- "should have known...Britney was not in the mental, emotional and/or physical condition to operate the subject motor vehicle in a safe and reasonable manner."
She ran over his foot ... and it did look painful.

What do the expect is going to happen. They have like 20 people surrounding her car so she can't get out and they don't move out of the way. In my opinion he deserved it.

i have to agree with most of you! da guy asked for it, she didnt do it on purpose dat stupid idiot wouldnt leave her alone n is standing in front of a moving car!! wat do u expect ur chasing a movin car of course u gona get hurt. i hope the court dismisses dis case!!!

I agree with most of your coments that he is an idiot but if Britney is smart she will counter sue. somethink like it was his camera flash that temporarly blinded me causing the accident thus causing me to feal really bad this ultimetly led to my menal health problems.

The case should be thrown out immediately, what do you expect when you stand in front of a moving vehicle holding a camera not paying attention to anything BUT getting that money shot! He seemed perfectly fine walking away but we all know itâs not about that; just looking for another way to make a quick buckâ¦

Just amazing! If the moron had not been too close to her car he would not have been run over. He has no case! This is just a waste of time and money for the court but some lawyers will make some money off of it I guess.
