Britney Spears is being sued by the photog who got run over ... and we got the whole thing on tape.
Rick Mendoza was a casualty of Britney's Mercedes as she was pulling out of a Beverly Hills parking structure in 2007.
In his lawsuit, Mendoza says Britney's people -- who are also defendants -- "should have known...Britney was not in the mental, emotional and/or physical condition to operate the subject motor vehicle in a safe and reasonable manner."
She ran over his foot ... and it did look painful.

I hope he doesn't get a single dime!!! He deserved having his foot run over, he rushed her car and would not move out of the way. He did it on purpose so she couldn't move the car and he could get all the pictures he wanted. The guy is an adult and knows that he was too close to the car, he deserved what he got. absolute nonsense. first of all, the paparazzi put themselves in harms way all the time by chasing cars, getting in front of them, and potentially terrifying their subjects into reacting in strange ways. Britney is absolutely not at fault here, and a judge will see to it that this ahole doesn't receive a dime. The video will actually show that this guy walked away from the scene perfectly fine. In fact, it looks like he resumes the chase down the street! Charge him for filing a frivolous lawsuit, and 2 years later to boot!

The video clearly shows that the photographer was at fault and should be used to show as much in this case. He would not move out of the way when asked, and when asked if he was ok he replied yes and continued to attempt to get the shot of Britney. At the end of the video he is walking away just fine, he is not even limping....just another individual trying to suck the money out of Miss Spears. It is time for people to stop and leave her alone, she is trying to get her life in order and to manage her mental health issues and personally I give her kudos for that! During the time the video was made there was a media circus everytime Britney went out, they hounded her, physically stopping her from being able to move her vehicle...given that situation, he got just what he deserved!

Run them all over. They swarm these celebs cars to the point where they can't even move. If he hadn't been leaning over her hood to get his picture, he wouldn't have had his foot ran over. I'm surprised nobody was killed when octomom brought her kids home. Remember the rush of fifty to sixty paps that swarmed her car? When Paris Hilton was arrested at her home, she was mobbed by the paps to the point where even the cops had a hard tim getting out of the area. One day, one of these photogs will get killed, and only then will the law do anything about it.
