Britney Spears is being sued by the photog who got run over ... and we got the whole thing on tape.
Rick Mendoza was a casualty of Britney's Mercedes as she was pulling out of a Beverly Hills parking structure in 2007.
In his lawsuit, Mendoza says Britney's people -- who are also defendants -- "should have known...Britney was not in the mental, emotional and/or physical condition to operate the subject motor vehicle in a safe and reasonable manner."
She ran over his foot ... and it did look painful.

as a rule of the road, pedestrians have the right away and cars have to yield to them, so people can complain all they want, but it is her fault. Not to mention the moron was driving with one hand and had to have her friend pull the wheel for her to turn, so she was negligent in her driving. I don't agree with people suing for a payday, but this nut job should not be allowed behind the wheel, the same as nut job photogs should not be allowed to stand in front of a car.

First, the guy wasn't hurt at all! I know firsthand that getting ran over by a single tire on an average sized car, even without shoes or socks, does not really hurt (contrary to popular belief). This guy, from TMZ, then posted the sock on eBay, while adding that he was fine. Now two years later he makes these allegations... EPIC FAIL.

If he was truly hurt why did he not file a hit and run, since she did leave the accident, and he is clearly on camera saying he is fine and not even walking with any kind of a limp.

90. To number 83, Why should Britney have to get out of the car to check on him? It wasn't her fault, he's the one who got in her way and got his foot stuck under the car, and what happened after he got his foot out? well he just jumped right back up again and starting taking more pictures and once she drove away he walked just fine and even stated that he was ok. I see anyone jumping in front of a car pretty much asking for an accident. He should be so fortunate that it was only his foot that she drove over.

I don't really care if it was his or her fault, but at least I would be a decent enough human being to get out and check on anyone even so much as being tapped by a vehicle I am in. I guess you are just like every other blood thirsty idiot that wouldn't even extend not only a courtesy, but a legal requirement. She didn't even bother to roll down a window, not even partially. But I guess someone like you would also be more than happy enough to simply drive away without even a simple query of 'Are you ok?'. Then again, that's why hit and run laws exist, so that people like you don't simply drive away. Pap hounded star or not, the last time I heard, the laws were supposed to apply to everyone. And too bad if she decided to stick around after all the humiliation she put herself through to stay in the spotlight.

Instead of suing Britney for possible injuries,
I have decided to settle this whole thing out of court.
