That is Twiggy his friend from his band if it's ok with Twiggy I think Marilyn has the right to do it.

As much as I love your show...whoever made this post is a freakin' idiot! That "friend" is Twiggy Ramirez! He's part of the band!

Maybe Manson is trying to spread the rumour he and Twiggy are gay lovers again. Like they did when they were still called Marilyn Manson & The Spooky Kids. xD
