41. #31: Let's hope that his appeal works because otherwise he'll be in for at least twenty years--17 mandatory before eligible for parole plus the four additional years for the using a personal handgun charge. Generally convicts never get out on their first parole hearing so if his appeal doesn't work, he'll be in until he's in his early nineties at the soonest. It's a very sad day for the justice system.

I never do like all the negative,degrading and judgemental things that are usually posted on here because I just think people should live their own lifes and not worry about others, but this I'm happy to see. Well said with the finally thing, I agree. Hopefully this scum bag will just die in jail!
