72. I'm surprised the courts allowed him to wear his wig. Trust me, anyone thinking otherwise needs glasses. I have a relative that works in the jail where he was kept until today. He saw him many times without his wig. As for the sentence, it was much too long over due. This pathetic wack job is a menace to our society. The audacity of his current lawyers and past lawyers to drum up the so called suicide defense, says much of the all mighty dollar . These type lawyer would defend the devil for the right price. Lana's mom was really gracious in her speech prior to the sentence being read. She should have raised some hell towards these lawyers for the suicide defense. I hope that Phil Spector gets the worst experience in prison, and dies a lonely death. Any and all apeals should be scoffed at and thrown back in the faces of these low life lawyers.

73. Thank God this human freak didn't get away with murder like he thought he would. He has pulled these tricks before with other women who said they feared for their lives and had a hard time to get away. When you have to try to force a woman to sleep with you at gunpoint, it's time to hang it up. Sad that Lana Clarkson didn't escape his evil clutches, but I think it was just a question of time before another of his "dates" whould die at the end of his smoking gun.

74. In his hot days he was a legend. But with money and fame he became ecentric. His family and friends must have seen what was happening and should have intervened. But with him as their money tree i'm sure they weren't going to kick the trunk. Please don't take this wrong but in a small way I feel sorry for him. He sometimes looked like he didn't know what was going on during his trials. Lana's mother should sue on behalf of her loss and take every penny he has, that way the for-mentioned above will not benefit for not stepping in, as they should have. It is a shame the other witnesses didn't come forward earlier, for their silence may (not saying did) have also contributed to Lana's death. OK start blasting me.
