18. Any one with a real sense of humor knows Letterman is way funnier than Leno...you can see Leno's punchlines coming from a mile away...Leno's delivery sucks.....Conan will be a step up from dry Leno.

23. All these creepy old fart men on late night tv stink. How about some women on late night so women have something to watch other than a bunch of wrinkled bloated old guys making dumb frat boy jokes. It's all old men with all male lousy writing staffs. The best late night show was Letterman in his heyday - when Merrill Markoe ran the writing staff. She invented remote segments and stupid pet tricks, bits that everyone else rips off now. It is obvious old men run the networks cause all they want to see is their own face on tv. Why cater to the dumb guy demographic, all they buy is Carl's Jr. and Budweiser.

Leno is embarrassingly bad. He is so bad they have to plant people in the audience who hoot and holler non-stop to make him seem funny. It is sad. The show is unbearable. The Tonight Show legacy ruined.

Letterman used to be a phenom, but his writing staff stinks and he has actually become the meanspirited old coot he was always accused of being. His Indiana roots are coming through. Indiana is populated by the meanest most awful people on earth. It is bizarre. Not to mention Letterman has aged into a creepy old lech which he never used to be. Letterman was too brilliant to need to work blue. Not anymore. The show is glacially unfunny, although Letterman does conduct some intelligent thoughtful interviews on occasion, and can take some people to task like no one else.

How can you even compare Paul Shaffer to that nitwit band sidekick Leno has. Paul Shaffer is still fabulous.

24. It may be true but it was an embarrassing moment for Jay. Not very classy of Prince but I have to admit it was kind of funny and we'll never forget it.

25. Jay Leno is a no talent shmuck! Thank God he is leaving. I can't stand to see his giant chin anymore or hear his irritating high pitched whinny. What a fool he is. Proves you don't have to actually have talent or intelligence to make tons of money and be famous. Good riddance.

29. I talked to Paul Shaffer at one of Prince's Rio/Vegas aftershows, he's quite the fan and has attended lots of Prince's performances/parties.
