Instead of marking the end of all decency, culture and civility, the leaked rules of the new show "I'm A Celebrity ... Get Me Out of Here!" are actually pretty positive.

I am a celebrity

The show, starring Heidi Montag, Spencer Pratt, Steven Baldwin, Janice Dickinson, and other examples of America's best and brightest, puts "celebrities" in the Costa Rican jungle and makes them survive on their own ... with only their wits, survival skills and an entire production team closely monitoring their condition to help them.

The guidelines for the show -- obtained by the NY Daily News -- ban drug use, racism, bullying and sex. That's right, no sex. Which means, from a practical perspective, no breeding. There is absolutely no way that any of these people, during the course of the show, will procreate or multiply.

And for that ... thank you, NBC.

16. With the line up of D-list celebs on the show, I say leave them in the jungle. They won't be missed. They canl't have sex, buly or racism along with no drugs. Being most in society don't consdier alcohol a drug i can't imagine Janice on the show without a drink.

17. This show was on a few years ago, had Cris judd and melisaa rivers as some celebs, dont remember who else. It was an ok show.

18. I remember that too, shell. I don'r understand why everyone keeps saying it's "new". I'm thinking Robin Leach was on it too. I could be wrong.

28. The show has been on for 40 minutes. So far, my constant prayer will be that the group will get together, stake Spencer Pratt to the ground near an Ant hill smothere in honey. I there was ever someone tht should have been spnaked as a chil, it's Spencer! Please tell me there's a way to make them stay, as this is the most I have loathed someone on television since Omarosa!

29. The show has been on or an hour: my only prayer is that the group will gther together & tie Spencer Pratt to a stake, naked, near an ant hill, smothered in honey. Please find a way to keep him there, as this is the most fun I have had hating a TV personality, since Omarosa!
