Kate Gosselin's Kids Punch Out

91. I completely agree w/#85s comments. On the blog "gosselins without pity" there are links to old newspaper articles about this (and plenty more!). These 2 have had plans of stardom since they became pregnant with the six. When they found out the nursing care was to end, apparently Ms.Kate was none too happy and filed an appeal with the state crying foul. The state told them they don't supply nurses for healthy babies (something a nurse ought to know)...let the scamming begin. For you kiddos who think those of us ragging on Kate are
"jealous", let me just say this: GROW UP!! Have your own kids, experience life a little and then reconsider the whole thing. Better yet, go volunteer at a children's shelter, for CASA or any organization that helps abused kids. You'll then see why all of us moms out here are so pissed off-we know the future of these kids is going to be some kind of horrible due to the lack of parenting going on TODAY. If you go back to the first season of the show, you can see that the kids were so happy, always. Kate was a bitch, but not nearly the bitch she is now, and God knows, the wee ones are MUCH more stressful! As the years have gone on, the smiles and laughter have disappeared. The belittling has increased and the parents have disappeared along with all the friends and family. I used to feel sorry for Jon, but as someone else said, he DID know what he got himself into from the start & he married the wench anyway. The stupidity of the public never ceases to amaze me, though. That people would pay money at churches for "public appearances" from these two "alleged" Christians blows my mind!! They are no more Christian than my dog is a cat!! Anything to make a buck! And believing the money they are making is going to pay for their children's educations?? Get real!!! Can you say MORTGAGE?? Ugly ass haircut? Manicures? Orange spray-tans? Gas to all those shopping malls for the FREE CLOTHES she's taken a sudden interest in? In California (and many other states) there are laws
that protect children from being exploited like this. Not in Penn. In CA, from what I understand, in addition to only a certain number of hours in front of the camera, a large percentage of MONEY must be put in trust for the kid(s). People HAVE been complaining
to the state, the sponsors, TLC about the exploitation of these kids since looong before the marital trouble started. Not just this family, either...the others, as well-notice that TLC has no California families. The Gosselin family went on a luxury vacation last summer to Maui to renew their wedding vows after being married 9 years...a last ditch effort to save the marriage, it now seems. Jon made it pretty clear he's not interested in doing the show anymore, but on the Today show, Kate made it very clear that she's planning on doing the show come hell or high water. There's no show without viewers. I, for one, willl no longer watch it in the hopes that the lives of the children can return to some semblance of normal.
With the mother they have, that isn't likely, but those poor kids deserve a life without cameras in their faces all the time. Lord knows what freakout crazy Kate will have when her 15 minutes finally ends, but maybe, just maybe, lightning will strike and her brain will begin to function and she'll remember that once upon a time she actually wanted to be a mom and she really did love and enjoy those beautiful children.

92. I believe kate is only in it for the money. She is a horrible mother.She is all about how much cash she can make.These poor children should be raised right out of the public eye's like a normal family. This show such be cancelled. I fell so bad for her children. She is a one sided very bossy women. I feel bad for her husband.He made to be a male slave.She makes me sick. What ever happen to staying home and caring for your children. Not parading them around camera's 24/7. I believe this will have a huge inpact on their lives but only time will tell. She is so in love with her self she can't love any-one esle including her 8 little money maker's. I pray these children will turn out ok. As for her i think she needs help called mental help.Jon is a nice guy and i hope he takes her to the "CLEANER'S" She use to be real till her head swelled bigger then her stomack. How many operations has she had to improve her image last I COUNTED IT WAS 12. WOW , She needs to be a real mom not just selling her kids for money..........Or using them to make it .Go get a job , why should children be forced to work since birth.I hope this show is cancelled and her last book stunk so save your money. A upcoming cook book from a person who has a cook lol now that's a joke...............like her

94. This was supposed to be a show about a family with multiples-now it's a broken family with a disfunctional set of parents who wants to see that? They can change it to see what fame and money do to people with multiples or the messed up multiples-or lets see how kids react to parents divoricing-now they are no different than any other American family that failed, but are not poor-with all their money why not get serious marriage counseling-A Daaa. They don't want to fix their family-not even try???? Those dear little children-I hope their hearts don't break-so sad.

This was supposed to be a reality show about multiples, now they should change the name to disfunctional multiples-children of divorice-sad children who's parents have money but don't do whatever it takes to stay married-counseling....aren't those dear children worth not giving up on marriage? It's always in the best interest of the children to have both parents-to feel secure-so why aren't they trying? They pay professionals for every thing else under the sun-they can't fix it themselves-so don't they think their childrens security is worth trying?

97. jon dosen't give a crap about kate i agree with kate being the one how is watching 8 kids and never getting a break for it and the most important thing is that kate cares more for those kids than jon well ever care for them . Like WTF what can kate do more to make jon happy she is working her ass off to make sure there alright and safe what can she do to make jon life less painful . But do you whats funny this oppion but i think they split was becuse that jon thought it was all for the money >♥

98. Im sure there is alot more to all the stories we hear about. jon and kate are both devoted parents, from what i have observed from their shows. They both seem to be very attentive to their children, I dont think anyone can sit there and ridicual them for there parenting "faults" everyone will raise there child there own way. And as far as jon cheatting on kate, well nobody will ever know the whole truth behind that. But that is their problem as a couple. And for that to come out in the tabloids. Well..... i feel sorrow for them as a couple. It's nobodys buisness what happens in their personal lives. IM JUST SAYING THAT NOBODY KNOWS JON AND KATE PERSONALLY SO WHO ARE YOU TO JUDGE. 99. Come on media, leave them alone already. So Jon's out drinking and acting like an idiot, maybe cheating on Kate.. okay, so is a huge majority of the American male population, this is only so fascinating to you because he's been portrayed as the punching bag for Kate for so long, but honestly, Kate isn't the monster she's been made out to be either. She's got 8 kids, and remember, before this show came along, it was HER taking care of them while Jon worked. These people have been dragged through the ringer and frankly I'm sick of it. If TLC cancels this show because of these so called "child labor investigations" or the media scrutiny, I'll be disgusted. There is no form of privacy in this world, they went on VACATION for God's sake, and so what if TLC paid for it? Is TLC not in charge of their show? Do you have any idea how expensive a vacation for 8 children would be? You're all disgusting, and you need to come off this. You're just losing what little credibility you had left.

Hopefully Jon and Kate can reconcile and be happy once again, I think their children deserve every chance in the world.
