In these hard economic times, Vice President Joe Biden will give you the shirt off his back.

JoJo soaked his shirtless 66-year-old bones at a beach on the Jersey Shore on Saturday.

Hopefully the Secret Service wasn't the only protection he used.

I actually think they are BOTH beautiful. And the fact that both are so accomplished in their own right is amazing. Jill just received her doctorate in Education a few years ago. Excellent role models.
Jill Biden married Joe after his wife and daughter were killed in a car accident. She raised his two boys from the first marriage and they have one daughter together.
