Brandy Settles Fatal Car Crash with Victim's Kids

121. I can't understand how come so many people have so much apathy for a person in a time like this. Someone died, I am sure that person now forgives the circumstances or the cause of the accident that cause her death. She better if she wants to go to heaven. Now having said that, I'm not tryng to excuse Brandy since she even admitted herself she wasn't paying attention before the accident. However she didn't cause the accident. If she was following at safe distant and travenling at a lower speed if someone put the brakes before her she would have hit the car in front not matter what. The only difference the damages would have been minimun. I had that happened to me. Someone in front of me, at the light pretended to go with the green, then slammed the brakes and waited for the red. Off course, they try to say it was my fault. The lady's car in front of me had no damage but my car's hood puffed up and was never the same after that. The officer said that since there was no damage I got a warning ticket. In Brandy's case it wasn't llike that, but is not her fault if someone slammed the brakes in front of you. In some states lilke here is against the law but is hard to prove. I don't understand the reason for this hatred toward Brandy. She hasn't done nothing to you. If that was you or anyone of your family member you would think different , You have to admit to that. The reason she is being sue is because she has some money. You people had to realize that Brandy was out of the spotlight for a while, recently divorced and just got a job with 'America's got Talent". She is not Bill Gates or Ophrah Winfrey. She might have some money but she is not rich. Now the judge probably the smarter here realized that and also knows that the girls is innocent and also hard to prove culpability let her go. People where is your compassion? I can see this is the same people that probably would sacrifice JesusChrist if he comes back to earth. People please where is the love? All the money in the world won't bring that person back. Also the more money you'll get, this is 'blood money'. Don't you realize that? Is so unfortunate that someone had to die but there was an accident and that's what happens sometime in accidents. People die. Although forgiveness will take you to the right path, remember that Brandy wasn't charged with any crime. Have some compassion, love and understanding. Peace out!!

122. It was an accident! She is taking responsiblity. Accidents happen every day and you don't see people attacking one another because of it. The only reason people are making rude comments is because she is a celebrity. Come on people. It is sad, very very sad, but its not like she is running from it, she is taking responsiblity

123. who are you guys to judge brandy???? And you talk about her being a murderer? aint like she cold hearted killed the lady by stabbing her or something, you guys are a trip on here. Get a life you have no right to judge her or anybody for that matter we are all human and make mistakes and will be judge by only on so the rest of your thoughts and comments should just stay with you!!!!! Money is just money and when you die its useless, its just materia get over it.
