I am not a fan of NBC anymore. NBC is owned by General Electric. NBC and General Electric are playing 'politic". I think the late Johnny Carson was the best late night show host on the Tonight Show long time ago. Their rating will go down on the drain.

32. i never comment but what are you people talking about? Conan is hilarious and use to be writer for SNL in the earlier ninetys when it was still funny, leno sucks, conan is fresh and funny, keep up the invisible strings i love it and i love his faces and the one thing though negative is why did he let andy ricter come back? how can anyone say letterman is better, he never makes me laugh and the top ten are dumb....smart move conan coming the west side....west is the best just look at our weather! GO CONAN YOUD THE MAN

35. Had high hopes for the Harvard grad (Conan)...the guy's undoubtedly smart and funny, but his brand of humor is definitely more suited to Late Night, where quirkier comedy belongs. Jay's style has broader appeal, flows better, and keeps you engaged. Looking forward to laughing with Leno at 10!

37. Well, if last night was any indication of what we have to look forward to, I'm not thrilled. There were a couple of funny parts, but overall, it just didn't impress me, or should I say, it didn't make me laugh much. HOWEVER, it was the first night, and I will give him a fair shake and watch the entire week to see if improves. I do want him to succeed since Conan seems like a really cool guy, but he's got to let go of some of his schtick AND I would be THRILLED if he got rid of Andy Richter . It just doesn't work in this time slot. It's a more, how do you say it, "sophisticated" audience than he previous time slot. I am 32 years old, and I really enjoyed Leno.

38. I think Conan would be MUCH better off without his sidekick, Andy!!! Andy just ruined it in my opinion!!! His fake laughing and whatnot was very hard to take. Also, Conan will need to come up with some better joke material, as I believe that his schtick won't be as popular in this time slot. This time slot has been determined to have a more "sophisticated" audience, for lack of less demeaning word. Now, even though I was not impressed with his "debut" last night, I will watch the entire week to give him the benefit of the doubt. I do want him to succeed, but he definitely needs to do better. As a 31 year old mom of a child, I did not watch Conan much at all when he had his old slot. It was just too late for family life! : ) Here's to a successful run as Leno's successor. Conan truly does have an extremely tough act to follow! Better luck tonight, Conan!!
