Out of the two I'd have to go with Dwight. He has a gravitas to him that Michael will never have. And he can keep secrets unlike Michael, who tells everybody everything. But out of the entire office cast I'd go with Jim(obvious answer), as well as Stanley, he may seem a bit slow and drab, but once you go black.......
