Lori Petty Hits the Streets

31. I haven't heard much about Lori lately. What have I missed (because, with that bail, she must have other problems as well)? I've always enjoyed her work (or, at least her early stuff). It is sad, the way women are treated in Hollywood. They use women up, when they're young and beautiful, then, won't touch a woman between the ages of say, 30 to 50, then, start plopping most women in the bit-part roles of "mis-treated wife or g/f, heart-of-gold prostitute, or aging beauty ... trying hopelessly, to hang on to what little dignity they have left, while hubby (or b/f), chases anything with a skirt (and under 25 years old)"! Here's hoping Lori straightens up and starts getting some quality work.

32. looks to me like she is just dressed low key and trying to not bring attention to herself. i respect that more, then if she was all cute and out hanging.
am sure she is remorseful and trying to do what she can to right the wrong. doesn't make it go away, but no one is perfect. the beautiful thing about life, is that we can learn from our mistakes.
and to the ignorant, she is not gay and her sexuality is not relevant to what happened. i would respect you more by criticizing for the arrest, then by what she looks like. for that, you should look into your own heart.

33. look you idiots, she lives in venice. dress is real casual and comfy there by the beach. stop trying to diss her dress, her sexualitty or saying she is on drugs. she just looks like someone who is coping with a bad decision.

36. She's gorgeous and wonderful and so very down to earth. Just because she doesn't get plastic surgery like 98% of hollywood actresses or put on full makeup and have her stylist dress her every time she leaves the house you guys are tearing her to shreds.... Leave her alone already! and to compare her to crazy Britney is ridiculous.

39. haha my best friend was at hama sushi on windward circle and it happened right outside, and right after a fight broke out inside hama! she called me right after (before anyone knew it was lori petty who hit the skateboarder) and we got drunk haha

40. I could care less what she wears or looks like - except that she has had the same shaved head look for 45 years and it is tired.
I never thought she was good enough in the movies I have seen - her voice is extremely irritating. Tank Girl - the commercials alone were so awful I couldn't watch the movie..

41. She's a down to earth gal and pretty decent to her fans. She has a STRICT dad, who happens to have raised her strict Pentecostal and he's a preacher... All her life she cannot come out of the closet or drink, run over annoying beach bun skateboarders while driving intoxicated and with no auto insurance. Daddy even bailed her out. That's him at the jail. I bet he tried to cast the demons out of her. I feel sorry for her. She really is a sweet gal. She prob feels like she looks there. KEEP YOUR CHIN UP LORI! This will pass and PRAISE JESUS you didn't accidentally kill anyone.
