I can't believe that in the year 2009, there are still so many ignorant, racists people out there. And I, too, as Kim #22 said, believe that it's a GOOD thing to talk to the other nations. NOT talking to them alienates us and therefore costs us allies. How ignorant is it for someone to say that all muslims are bad, just because a few radicals caused pain to our country. Kim, sweetheart, you clearly need to take your own advice and do a little research of your own. Jimmy Carter was the worst President, to this point anyway, this country has ever known. That's why he only won one, I repeat, ONE state in his reelection bid. So yes, it's a very bad thing for Obama to be like Carter in any way, shape or form.

You need to start thinking for yourself and stop believing everything CNN, ABC, NBC, CBS, CNBC, MSNBC, MTV, Bill Maher and Janeane Garofalo tell you. Again, take your own advice sweetheart. You'll feel much better learning some facts for a change instead of propaganda.

It's really sad that the trolls on here, who don't have the balls to use their real name, have nothing better to do than spew hate in total obscurity. Shouldn't you be heading out for your KKK rally, with your white hoods hiding your face, right about now? Sad and pathetic!

And as for those of you who said that it's dumb to talk to other nations, just because they are Muslim (or any other religion you obviously DON'T understand), are just as ignorant as your posts suggest. In order to fully understand what other nations are doing, it's imperative to have a line of communication. NOT keeping that communication going, shouldn't even be an option. Why would it be better to alienate ourselves from the rest of the world? That doesn't sound logical to me. Muslims are peaceful, primarily. It's only the radical few that you hear about and that you are afraid of - the ones that attacked our country. Remember people, Hitler was a devout Christian!! Don't judge an entire religion based on the insane actions of the few.

Oh, and I'll be there in 7 1/2 years (after Obama is reelected) to feed you all your crow. He is doing a great job and hopefully one of these days, you will step off your soapbox, stop listening to the uninformed to base your decision of him.
