67. I dont like Cohen either but all this bs with this woman happened in 2007. If she was that drastically injured at the time of the incident, she/anyone with a brain in the room would of called the cops, got a report written up, and went in an ambulance ASAP (considering she is telling the truth about her injuries).

But none of this is the case. She must have been talking to a relative, friend, or watching TV and saw his "Bruno" persona on the TV (a sneak preview for his movie for example). That light bulb must have gone off in her head and called her attorney ASAP!!!! They realized he was a "celebrity" (I use the term ever so loosely) and went out for $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$! Good luck trying to prove your case in court old bingo lady!

Another aspect about this case which leaves me thinking is that she agreed to let a "celebrity" (again, using that term ever so slightly) come into that building for a charity bingo game of some sorts. Which means she would of had to sign a waiver, form, or something which legally let Cohen film all of the drama that unfolded. And I bet you anything that somewhere in the fine print it said something to the effect of "we are not at fault for anything that happens here". And I believe anything health wise would DEF be covered under that stipulation.

I feel bad for the woman if she did get hurt, but we also need to remember that after Cohen, or should I say "Bruno" embarrassed her about the mic situation, she ran into another room where she started crying, which led to her fainting and hitting her head on the ground. So really, Cohen is not at fault here. If she was that upset, she should of sat down on a chair, the floor etc. Its even harder to pin this on Cohen because he wasn't even in the same room where she let herself fall onto a hard floor.

The trailer "Bruno" was not receieved positively by any of the audiences I've seen it with. Should have quit while he was ahead with Borat. Bruno looks like a true piece of crap.

If there were witnesses to the incident, his defense lawyer will get the real story, we hope.

Speaking of "bleeding" there are a lot of leeches out there. They make up incidents and bleed the celebs for as much money as they can. It's easier than working for a living!

71. We dont know anything about the truth of this woman's claims. She had brain bleeds whatever that means. We don't have the records of it and you need a medical team to verify the truth of that claim and attach cause to Cohen. Also, we don't know if Cohen touched her or not. They were being taped so if he did it should be on tape. Her description of what happened when the tape is rolling is vague. However, she is much more specific when the tape wasn't rolling as in I was sobbing and I fell and I hit my head. Who is to say that she didn't have something from before and she is trying to use this situation to milk it? I think it is silly to automatically assume that Cohen hit this woman and she is injured. None of us have any concrete information other than what she is claiming which is at this point just her words since we don't have access to any other hard evidence.

74. I will wait until all of the facts are in before passing judgement, as many of you all should do as well. Before I address this ALLEGED incident, let me just say that this is not the first time Sasha and the production studios, etc. have been sued. All kinds of people, from all walks of life and cultures, tried suing him during the Borat movie. There were the Kazakhs who signed away their royalty rights and rights to real cash for being used in the movie. These cases were all thrown out of court because these people had all signed consent forms to their monetary compensation beforehand. Next there were those drunk college students who felt bamboozled by Sasha and felt that they were taken advantage of because of their drunk nature. Again, this was dismissed due to them signing consent forms previously before releasing the film. People from this movie have tried suing due to false misrepresentation of events, and on and on. This however, is the first case were bodily harm and injury has been alleged. Since the vast majority of cases are settled out of court, this one may go that route. Again, Sacha and the film companies have more money and access to the best lawyers, and considering his success rate, I would not be surprised in the least if this case favored Bruno. "Dolce & Gabana..HELLO!"
