Terri Seymour's Attacker Pleads Guilty

Janice Thibodeaux -- the lady accused of choking Simon Cowell's ex girlfriend, Terri Seymour -- just pled guilty to battery. The assault charge was dropped.

Janice received 36 months probation, has to complete 20 days of labor and has the option to go to anger management or to have 36 hours of psych evaluation. She has to report back to court on July 16 for a progress report.

The attack against Seymour occurred a few weeks back after a taping of "American Idol."

Terri filed for a restraining order shortly after the incident.

3. This is really stupid in some ways unbelievable here we have a woman
stupid enough to actually walk up in public and imitate something
Simon Cowell did on a TV show to the point she believes Cowell is
actually choking Paula Abdul. Yes Cowell can be a real jerk and this
is a good time to point out Cowell has NO musical background unlike
the other three he started by producing and selling awful novelty
records in Britian that could NOT sell today due to the nature of the
business and how radio has changed. Anyway, Cowell can be a total jerk
and this is what angered this woman who's obviously nuts for trying to
choke a woman in public as retaliation for some precieved slight on
TV. It's almost gotten to the point now that everybody has a stalker
of some kind and the joke "the problem with celebrity stalkers is
there just aren't enough to go around" no longer applies...

7. When they first told the story didn't they say oh poor Teri her attacker is huge...200 pound woman. What are they talking about??? This woman is small. Not that it makes it right but good god they made it sound like she was attacked by a WWE wrestler.
