61. If someone were in a situation like that and sleeping together while he was on the clock would that make him more of a prostitute than a body guard and her more of a John?
And would it be fair to say the only reason they are all getting paid is because of the large amount of kids in that unique situation?

If so, is it fair to say women might try to get pregnant with as many kids as they can to try and become celebrities?

Give up, go on with your life, and stop letting people get to you. I think you all should put your buissness behind you, find out waht you both want to do, and just live life just like everyone else does. Your not really the only couple in the world who has 8 kids... Stop trying to make YOUR lives the same as everyone else.

64. Kate out on 50 speaking gig's last year - so Jon take a vacation. Kate on vacation with the kids in SC - they are on a boat - the kids without life jackets. As Kate was talking to someone one of the boys behine her stood up half way and turn around facing the water - in that split second that shot was shown he could have gone overboard.

65. If the paps would leave her alone she wouldn't need a bodyguard. As one poster said, they may not want her but there are sick people out there that may snatch one of the kids. If they are splitting up then whatever. It happens to families everyday. They just happen to be in the public eye and have 8 kids.

69. Kate became romantically invovlved with the bodyguard first. She moved Jon out of the bedroom over a year ago, she told him he could see other people but for the show it HAD to be kept quiet. They signed a contract they couldn't talk about it to protect the shows ratings. The reason why they both deny cheating is because technically they aren't because they have been separated for over a year, and haven't evn livedin the same house for over 6 months. Kate has hired a PR frim to find the best way out and protect her image because she wants a career in television. She would like an "Oprah" type talk show and she is hoping for 2 more full season and maybe yearly specials after that if the talk show thing can be worked out. SHe needs Jon to be the bad guy to protect her public image even though he didn't start dating until many months after Jate was seeing the bodyguard and after Kate told him he was free to see others because they were separated. Kate is estranged from almost anyone she has ever known or been related to. Her family, and parents are good people but she treats them like dirt and won't even speak to them any more. Everything she does is about money, Someone early on was going to give her a van to help out their situation and she had the nerve to ask for a different, nicer one. This lady is sick, and the reality show isn't real, it is all scripted and fake. there is nothing real about it. The reason why Jon seems down or disgusted on camera is because he doesn't want to do this any more. He has to say the situation (marriage) is private because the contract they signed would cost him a lot if he talks about it and it hurts the show. SO he lost his home, his wife, hates doing the show, time with his children and he is the bad guy? He didn't want to leave the house, well kate was going to let him stay but what man wants to stay in a house, in a spare bedroom, for a TV show while your wife is sleeping in your room with the BF/bodyguard?

73. The BODYGUARD is a DIVORCED man as of April this year. This is according to Public Records. It's also interesting that his wife FILED FOR DIVORCE last Sept. 2008. This is probably the time that his wife found out that he is HAVING AN AFFAIR with Kate. And according to some people Kate has been sleeping with this guy for more than a year.

It's no wonder that SIX MONTHS AGO, Kate told Jon "HEY IT'S OVER"... this is according to Kate's brother Kevin (RADAR ONLINE interview) who claim that Jon told him and his wife all about this.

The new IN TOUCH mag. also confirm this where a close friend of Jon told them that SIX MONTHS AGO JON CONFRONTED KATE about her ongoing AFFAIR WITH THE BODYGUARD that resulted in agreeing to separate.

74. It is shameful that so much is made of every single tiny shred of evidence. As a mom, I can only imagine that Kate is mindful of the children to the extent that the more attention she can give them the better for all. Having some one watch over the family is not unusual, irregardless of what he wears, and creates a safe outing so that if one child or so were to wonder out of mom's eyesight and be near water unattended, or god forbid a sexual preditor or kidnapping. What mother or father or individual out there would begrudge her that peace of mind and that of the child(ren)??!! I've never seen the show but I don't need to just to understand that any mom or dad facing the prospect of raising their kids while the other significant other is not around as one would be otherwise is sad. But, what other choice is there really? As a mom in her shoes, I'd be doing everything I could to secure my child(ren's) future. What choice does she have really. Kate's husband hasn't made much of a case for himself but sure has neglected his one and only important responsibility, his family.
