1. Derek Hough needs a haircut. He looks ridiculous. And looks really stupid with that suit on at a club. Notice all the other guys are dressed more casual. Did Derek's mom dress him?

3. No- you need to look again. Yes- several men have on suits but most are in t-shirts, jeans or polos.

And No- he is not fine as he is. He needs a haircut. He's trying to sport a style that he doesn't have the hair for. It looks stupid.

6. Derek, I love you but CUT YOUR HAIR!! It looked amazing during the Grove BHB shows, but now, once again, you are wearing it way too long. You're always smoking hot, but MUCH hotter with your hair a little shorter. It also looks better with some down on your forehead instead of the feathered back on the sides look.

9. Derek is the heart throb of the duo and the one with star quality so to compensate Ballas has his girl friend with him ALL the time. Since she seems to have no career of her own and nothing else to do she is the perfect girl for him. The only draw back is that nobody likes her.
