16. Can a dead person have privacy rights? I don't think so. Gerragos is just puffing and milking the Carradine family in their horrible time of grief. I think Gerragos would be better served trying to get court orders to seal all of Carradine's divorce files and paying off all his former trysts so they don't kiss and tell. Obviously, Carradine was pervert (even if a celebrity "B" actor). His last ex wife already declared that under penalty of perjury in a court filing. Whether Carradine was alone or with some child thailand prostitute--- he is still a sexual deviant and the family would be better served by trying to bury their loved one and his discusting sex secrets with him.

TMZ can you please confirm the law and out Gerragos for the piece of sh-t lawyer that he is. He is an embarrassment to lawyers everywhere---

17. Just saw the photos as well. I think they were photos of someone else, not Mr. Carradine. Person in the photo had dark curly hair, and that was definitely not a 1st class room, even by Thailand standards. May have been an example of what was found. Who knows.

He's dead, life goes on. I don't think we'll ever know what really happened there. Let his family Grieve in peace.

Time to let it go...the scumbag lawyers are now out to defame the third wife (along with the first she's probably the most conscious, honorable, and innocent in a long line of failed relationships with the female gender). Geragos and many of his professional tribe are disgusting and lacking in both moral and personal ethics themselves. No matter how many films this actor made, it is obvious he had a secret and perverted sex life due to an inability to comprehend the depth of real love and the respect of the hu-man body. It's not the fault of the Thai Police that he was a sexual narcissist who likely left this world in a state of embarrassment on behalf of those physically closest to him. The attorneys, including the fifth wife and his manager, need to stop the blame game and put the responsibility exactly where it is meant to rest as he left this world. The third wife is conscious and spoke the truth in those court documents and light has now been cast upon Mr. Carradine's sexual perversion in death no matter how much pleasure others received from his violent films.

22. I don't think the photo is him. I saw the photo online, which was a scan from the newspaper image. The hair is dyed black, the hands are above the head, and he seems shorter than his listed 6 foot 1. The body doesn't even look that of a 72 year old. Unless a clearer version appears online, it looks to me like it's of someone else, probably Asian. The body is facing away from the camera, so you can't see who it is.

27. Ive seen the photo, and I think it should be released, because in my opinion, it very clearly shows that there was someone else involved. Ask yourself how someone "masturbates" with both hands tied securely above their head? He didnt do this alone, at the very least, someone else was involved and panicked, leaving him hanging there dead. At worst, they intentionally killed him and then hung him that way to make it look like a masturbatory "sex game" and ruin his legacy at the same time. Either way, this should absolutely be investigated by outside authorities. Carradine deserved better, and the infants who are turning this into an internet game of who can make the dumbest jagoff joke should be ashamed of themselves. Grow up already, kids. and Rest in Peace, David Carradine.
