Carradine's Family Outraged Over Death Photo

David CarradineAs if they weren't dealing with enough -- the family of David Carradine is now "profoundly disturbed" by the publication of a photo that appears to be Carradine hanging in his hotel room.

The photo -- which Thai police believe was taken by the forensics team -- appeared on the cover of a Thai tabloid called "Thai Rath." The photo shows a naked body suspended from a bar in the closet, with his hands apparently bound together above his head.

The paper did not identify the source of the image.

Carradine's brother Keith released a statement that says, "The family wants it understood that, per attorney Mark Geragos, any persons, publications or media outlets will be fully prosecuted for invasion of privacy and causing severe emotional distress if the photos are published."

47. so is the attorney going to track down everyone that posts his pic. The stories that was said are not adding up to that pic... idk Pics like those are huge in that coutry and others so who know if that is really him. Unfortunate what happen but guess we should all remember what you do in the dark will come to light. My heart do go out to his family.

49. I don't understand what everyone on here is taking about when they say he "got what he deserved" or "it was Karma." Are you serious? I mean, yeah, what he was into was really weird, maybe even sick, but did he really deserve to die for it? It's not like he was hurting anyone else. Your all hypocrites, and speaking of Karma, saying such horrible things about someone you didn't even know...well, Karma will catch up with you, too.

51. I believe this was an accidental suicide not an intentional one and not a murder. People do all sorts of things to increase the arousal level of a sexual experience. I believe he was just trying to use a technique that elevates an orgasm by decreasing the blood flow to the brain, and he accidentally took it too far. I feel really badly for his family, but they should not be embarrassed for themselves or for him. It was just a tragic accident. Had he or his family bought that one book that is sweeping the counrty, they would have been much more prepared for it. I think it's called "these are my final wishes". It's a great little tool for family and friends to prepare them for something just like this. I'll keep his family and friends in my thoughts.

52. The loss of a loved one suddenly is devastating NO matter how they depart this life. My sincere condolences to the Carradine family and to Davids close friends. I will remember him for his hard work, the martial arts and his gifted talent as an actor. He is still a STAR but, now he shines in the heavens.

56. Shame on all you horrible people who are making fun of Mr. Carridine and his family!!! You're all sick in the head and you have no sympathy for the deceased or his family. It's unfortunate he chose this type of lifestyle, but it was his business. How would you all feel is someone you loved decided to take their own life and then have their pictures splashed all over the papers??? Maybe you wouldn't be so cynical! Hope you all rot in hell!! Personally, I'm very sad for David and his family.

58. My heart goes out to the Carridine Family. I did not hear about David's death until I saw the photo scandel in the paper today. I am glad I did not see the photo, nor care too. We've enjoyed his movies, loved him, and he he is a human being.
Please let his rest in peace and his family. Unless you have gone through a death you have no idea how it effects the family. It's very painful. Life is and should be private unless it endangers others. Celebrities should have the same rights.
Even in death. NO ONE SHOULD EVER BE VIOLATED. When I first learned of the photo It brought back bad memories and images of the photo of John Lennon in his coffin. That image haunts me till this day. It should not be allowed. I know money is tight; DON'T POST IT. I'm living barely in this economy, I'm an abused victim and would live life again!!
Give them support.!!! They deserve it, and need it. David RIP I have enjoyed your talents. God Bless.

59. That Photo could be ANYONE!!!! It's shown whoever it is from behind... His Hands was tied OVER his head and you couldn't see no noose around his neck... This photo could be staged... Also doesn't look like some 70+ yr. old man either.. Yeah I know he worked out and was thin BUT STILL.. just go to Thiarath .com it's there.

60. The man lived a long life. What his sexual pref. was is no ones buisness. What he did or did not do in the privacy of his own home, or hotel room is/was his buisness. Bashing his memory for a head line is not very nice, let the man rest in peace
