33. Like TMZ knows anything about playing it safe. You saw a high resolution of what? His backside? Hellllllllo TMZ those pictures of "David Carradine hanging" are FAKE, BOGUS, PHONY. I cannot believe for one moment that anyone would believe they are indeed real. The body is dark skinned, and a completely different body structure than Carradines. Then of course you have the flimsy, cheapo hotel in the picture. The Swissotel in Bangkok is a LUXURY hotel, they don't even HAVE rooms that are this cheap. You don't need a "high resolution" image to tell it's a fake. Even the Thai newspapers are calling it a fake at best, or a reenactment. WTF??? The picture is ALL OVER the internet....a hotel employee who was in the room snapped it (probably with a cellphone)...and sold it for $$$. Why do you think the paps run around taking pictures of celebrities?? If it is a person that is even SOMEWHAT recognizable (i.e. famous person) in a compromising position , the picture is gonna be sold for a lot of $$$$, that is the way it works. The tabloid's who sell their rags at the checkout stand get their $$$ back from sales of their mag. it is a BUSINESS to them. The only way for these rags to go out of business is if people would stop buying them...(unfortunately that is not gonna happen...everybody likes to slow down and gawk at a train wreck)

What is even worst, the Carradine family can hire all the lawyers they want, maybe they will get a settlement out of the Thai paper that bought the pic, but the damage has been done with THE INTERNET. There is no governing body over the internet unless you have hacked someones computer or are cyber-stalking them,(don't even know if that legislation has passed), then the FBI can get involved, if someone posts all their personal business or pictures on their myspace, facebook, etc... anybody can copy and paste it and there is NOTHING that can be done about it cuz the person or person's put the info out there, call your local FBI office in the largest town closest to you, they will tell you.

As a Dr.,I am going to keep pointing out that until THE FBI and Dr.Michael Bodin investigate and do a second autopsy on Mr.Carradine.We don't know what happened to him.I wold hope that my own famile would call in the "Big" guns if something happened weird like that 2 me.Until,the truth comes out-can't we give his family some privacy? I see families in grief everyday and they don't even have to deal w wild.unfounded accusations.If it was his fault that this happened,then the TRUTH will prevail.

Dr. Wecht, is considered more "controversial" because of HIS findings in the Elvis Presley, and JonBenét Ramsey,
cases. Dr. Wecht’s medical opinion of JonBenet Ramsey’s death was likely an accidental result of a "sex game” committed by her father.
By everything being reported about Mr. Carradine, these "sex games" unfortunately are looking more and more common.

40. I really appreciate that TMZ is trying to do the right thing. They are investigating objectively, interviewing people in the bondage community, etc, to really see what happened [while not posting, the most graphic photos] - it's not a normal death. I love David Carradine and so do a lot of other people,. Careful disclosure to respect the family is a good thing ... but also, this is an awesome dude that died too soon. I hope TMZ continues to investigate and report with sensitivity as they have.

He wasn't out there raping or killing. The only one he was intentionally hurting was himself. I'm sure if he knew he would be
