21. I was sorry to hear that Stern was bashing Leno. As I see it, there is room for all on the media. It is a matter or choice who one watches late night. Sometimes I watched Leno depending on the lineup and sometimes I watched Letterman. As far as Conan, he will have shoes to fill but he already has a following. There should be no bashing and no one should take what Stern says. I was following him in the good old days when he was on radio in Connecticut. He of course, does not remember where he came from, just where he is now. He was no longer welcome on regular radio/ tv due to his profane ideas about everything! Now it is a matter of choce whether anyone listens to him or not. I think not might be best said!
So as a final argument, watch who you want folks. It is your decision. At least for now.

24. Howard Stern is a filty, talentless nobody whose primary audience is the high school dropout, couldn't get laid in a cathouse, 2 tacos for .99 cents crowd. Letterman, at one time, was fairly funny. Now he's merely a classless, Keith Olberman wannabe with bad hair and teeth. Too bad neither ABC nor Fox picked up Jay. He would have smoked Conan and Dave in that timeslot. Hopefully, his new show at an earlier time will be well received.

Reading some of these comments (and their curious logic and "inventive" punctuation) brings to mind the scene in Private Parts where the soulless giraffe network exec says that the average Stern fan listens for 1/2 hour a day but the average Stern hater listens for 2 hours! Hey Chunky, you should try it, its great. You can listen to music without all the commercials. Its well worth the money. I recently rented a car that had just a regular radio and about lost my mind. Until you try Sirius, you just dont realize how many commercials you are forced to listen to on regular radio. There are many channels available, not just howard.

30. Stern is a used up fool who nobody cares about anymore. He's also full of crap for saying he's been loyal to Dave. Howard went on Jays show many times over the years and even defended him when against Arsenio Hall. If he disliked Jay so much, why did he go on his show so often?
