Britney Scores More Kiddie Time than K-Fed

We've learned Britney Spears and K-Fed have reached a new agreement on custody -- and now Brit has the kids more than 50% of the time -- at least during her concert tour.

Lawyers for Brit and Kevin Federline have filed docs with the family law Commissioner Scott Gordon, stating they have reached a new temporary custody arrangement. During June, July and August, Britney will have physical custody of Jayden James and Sean Preston more than 50% of the time. The lawyers submitted a calendar outlining who gets the kids on which day.

Contrary to some reports, we know that before the change Britney had the kids 50% of the time.

The 50/50 split will go back into effect once Britney's tour is over.

16. I hope the visitation will still need to be supervised. Cuz she is still and will always be mentally deranged. It's not because she's on tour and bringing in tons of undeserved cash that she is well.

17. During the entire lives of the two boys,
Kevin has been mostly a single dad,
raising his sons alone while Britney has been
in rehab or in a hospital or touring.
He's not being paid millions of dollars,only a few thousand.

18. This poor girl is being bled DRY by her own family! She, obviously, is not coherent enough to know what is going on in her own life. The boys will suffer the most. Babysitters, nannies and bodyguards are watching over them NOT the parents.

26. Pat, you and the other Britney haters who claim to have personal knowledge of her *current* parenting skills and mental status are the ones who are truly mentally deranged. Honestly, I have come to believe that the haters on this site are in more serious mental help than Britney ever has been. I don't think K-fed is evil. Lazy? Ok. He could have been a lot worse than he was when Britney was going through her problems.

If there anybody who was really evil throughout this, it was those who were leeching off of Britney, including lawyers. It's becoming more and more clear that Britney is a hands on mother who loves her boys more than anything. I really honestly think as time goes by and Britney proves her stability she'll end up with joint custody, and with more time than Kevin, but it will be a negotiated agreement that Kevin agrees to as long as he gets paid. Is that right? Well, not really, but it is the way it is. I think the Spears have accepted this is the cost of Britney's breakdown.

YOU are crazy. K-fed has been raising the boys without his mother's help? What have you been reading? (or smoking ;-/)

He's had two fulltime nannies from the get-go, and he only had them full time for a brief period in early 2008 when Britney was in the hosptial.

Like I said, I don't think he's an evil guy, he seems to have grown up in many ways, but people are truly crazy to completely discount his history. He has not been father of the year. He left his gf when she was pregnant and has not been nearly as involved with those kids, and he was absent when he was married to Britney. That's not father of the year.

29. It seems that this lawyer (Laura-something) has finally made Britney see the light. If she wants to see her boys it will cost her. Proof is that every time she offers more money, things go smoothly from a parenting point of view (reletavely skpeaking, of course).
