Britney Scores More Kiddie Time than K-Fed

We've learned Britney Spears and K-Fed have reached a new agreement on custody -- and now Brit has the kids more than 50% of the time -- at least during her concert tour.

Lawyers for Brit and Kevin Federline have filed docs with the family law Commissioner Scott Gordon, stating they have reached a new temporary custody arrangement. During June, July and August, Britney will have physical custody of Jayden James and Sean Preston more than 50% of the time. The lawyers submitted a calendar outlining who gets the kids on which day.

Contrary to some reports, we know that before the change Britney had the kids 50% of the time.

The 50/50 split will go back into effect once Britney's tour is over.

You're right, TMZ dropped the ball big time on this one. Kaplan made no misunderstanding that her time has not increased at all, only the hours have been altered a bit. And then saying that he has not seen anything having to do with an increase in the future nailed that area shut as well. Good catch!

I think they are both good parents who are trying their best.
Jamie and Lynne both say that Kevin has been a good father to the boys.
Also in 2007,two different organizations named Kevin as Father Of The Year.

35. litzi who are you to judge britneys parenting or saying she should of never had kids? having nannies isnt the worst thing in the world. my boss has a stay at home 3 kids, a stay at home husband and a nanny that lives with them/. britneys health is improving. as for kevin, hes' trying to be the best father he can be im sure.

37. It's silly to put down Kevin Federline because the California Court, and all the many psychiatrists have determined that Kevin, NOT Britney, should have sole physical custody of their sons. Britney still doesn't have any custody of her sons. She ONLY has visitation, which is always supervised. Kevin has agreed to expand her visitation time, but because he is the legal custodian parent, he has incurred extra expenses to allow Britney to visit with her sons, while on tour. Kevin is accommodating Britney, by allowing the boys to travel with her. He could have said no, but he wants his sons to know their mother. Kevin HAS to be there because he is the only one who can make necessary medical decisions for them, in case of an emergency. It's not likely that Kevin will ever have the success that Britney use to have, and that she doesn't have now. Her time is over. Why even have a live concert - when there is no live singing?

43. It figures! Now that K'Fed is dumping the kids more than half the time on Britney (a working mother), she should get full physical and legal custody. Honestly, if a non-working custodial mother with full physical and legal custody tried to dump her kids on their working non-custodial father most of the time, the courts would consider that abadonment and would give the dad full physical and legal custody instead, a guy tries this and can still keep 50/50. What a bunch of crap!
