Ramon, I agree with you. People are stupid. If she has felt like a man her whole life then making the change IS authentic because otherwise it would be like she was just pretending to be a woman and trapped in a body she doesn't want.

32. Not hating, just stating the fact she will always be a woman to me.....not a man, not an it...as she was born a girl. But whatever floats her boat......i can't call her names for it.

And i agree with the above post, im sick of all these organizations that come out and say stuff like peta and now GLAAD (whenever something hits the news about someone being gay or a gay remark), like they are smarter than the rest, like we need to follow them to be "in"...when to me, being gay or vegetarian is a personal choice and not a group choice.....they are like cults.

ALTHOUGH, i have nothing against gays though. I have had gay friends and they are pretty cool to hang out with. and unlike some people, making childish remarks, I respect their opinions & try to state mine in a respectable manner. but i will never call a woman a man..Would you call your mother who birthed you a man (if she were to want to change sexes or your father a mother??)

40. Why didn't "it" just go do the sex change quietly, instead of making such a big deal? "It" isn't a celebrity other than having a famous mom and dad, so "it" should just slink away and go do whatever "it" wants in another country. Then come back as "Chaz", and who would care?

This takes real courage to live your life under your own freedom just like everyone else does in this country only most other people in this country get it a little easier and don't have to endure hateful messages that transgendered people have to withstand.

44. Notice how there's always molestation or some kind of sexual trauma with these people? It's a pattern people and it causes them to believe they are somethign they are not. It confuses them to the point of being with their same sex because they think they will find safety and protection that way.

Do not feel ashamed nor let an other group or individal make you feel ashamed for thinking this is completely, gross, wrong, immoral, against nature, etc. Groups of freaks band together to make each other feel normal and proud. They shun traditional therapy because the truth hurts.

45. Ok, first, let me say that I am a practicing Catholic & want to express my deep concens for the comments that are being made in such a hateful manner...on both sides. No one should be labeling her as a sick freak or as an "it"...that's just inhumane. She's POSSIBLY someone who was not taught about God, so how could one expect her to make Godly decisions? We can't sit here & condemn her as a person when our American society has strayed so far from what Truth is. If you're going to slam her, then we should slam those who had sex prior to marriage, people who have had an abortion, advocate embryonic stem cell research/experimentation, those who use contraceptives, those who continue to have sex outside of marriage, those who have divorced and are remarried, those who lust after another person, those who slander people to diminish another's name whether the slander is true or false, those who have anger issues, those who are slothful, those who drink/eat too much...those who wish to possess anothers goods/lifestyle/spouse...those who have been disrespectful to their parents, family, each other, law enforcement...

...wait, that would be just about EVERYONE in the country. Everyone over the age of 10 has done at least one of the afore mentioned. Before you start hurling stones, take a good long look at your life, your practices & whether you walk with truth in your life or not...
